check in is very quick and convenient, the staff is very open and sociable, but the room is quite small, there is no iron and need to go down to the reception room to get it, otherwise everything is fine

剛來酒店的時候有一種驚喜。酒店很温馨的味道。房間也很有特點。衞生間很乾凈整潔。床非常高，一般身高的人上下有些困難。旁邊的梯子是晾衣架。唯一遺憾的是拉開被後，發現床上有好幾根頭髮。

The location just opposite central is very convenient to eat because just near Chinatown too. The room is clean aircon is cold but the toilet bathroom for shower is small overall is acceptable.

The room was small but cosy. Nice design. But we found a lot of loose hairs and dust balls which showed that the room wasn’t really thoroughly cleaned. Location isn’t too far from the mrt with convenience stalls nearby.

WOW? Great stay. The hotel has everything in it room, towel, toilet roll, tooth kits, hair dryer, television to name a few. Location is accessible by MRT and other transport. Food is no issue. Service of the staff is resourceful. Definitely will return to stay again. Shall recommend to oversea travelling friends. Keep it up the good work.
