體驗感知很不好，因為離開地鐵近才定的，還特地定了價格更貴的行政房，第二天從外面回來以後，衞生間的打掃情況讓我驚呆了，台盆上留下一塊很臟的百潔布和一塊凌亂的地墊，住了那麼多酒店第一次遇見這麼打掃衞生的，和前台反映後，重新整理了衞生間，關鍵問題是，春節這麼重要的節假日，還是行政禮遇樓層，這樣的服務，前台連一點表示都沒有，行政樓層這樣的服務水準，連一點表示都沒有，以往我們入住五星級及以上酒店，遇到類似或者還沒這次的嚴重的小問題，經理級別的管理者會主動登門道歉並贈送房券和禮物或者免房費，或者直接升級大套房，這家希爾頓前台沒有任何一點表示，連我提出想延遲退房都是勉勉強強，直到我提起了這個事件，才勉強答應，房間也很老舊，節日裏入住感知非常差，行政房不值這個價錢，後面幾天入住的萬麗比這家希爾頓好多了，服務也貼心，總之，感知非常差服務非常差的一家希爾頓。

The location of the hotel is great, near Futian CBD area. And, my family stayed at 1619 room that is spacious and good quality of cleanliness. In addition, specially thank you for Amy, Jessica, Annie and Anna in executive lounge, they made us feel like comfortable at home!

Buffet was not good. Room didn't have a bottle opener for the drinks on the fridge. When I called room service, they couldnt give me one. Not worth the price.

Wonderful stay! Arrived at the hotel at almost 3, we were greeted by friendly front desk lady. The room wasn’t ready yet so we decided to go for a walk nearby first. John from the Concierge was helping us to store our bags, and he was extremely friendly, introduced us to nearby places to eat and to visit! As we come back to take our bags he remembered and asked us where did we go that afternoon! Was impressed by the care he took of us. The location of the hotel was very convenient, right next to the underground station, which is good as we wanted to go to various places with the train and it saves us so much time! Was confused by the taxi cap arrangement, apparently there’s no cap calling services and we need to get a cap ourselves despite not knowing about the culture, we asked for the help from an employee outside the hotel (probably from valet) but he wasn’t helping much. The hotel room was spacious. Though there was a little bit of dirt mark near the bedside table, everything else feels neat and tidy enough for us to have a restful time. The next day we went to the swimming pool, the reception lady told us it’s mandatory to wear a swim cap to the swimming pool. I wish there were some kind of notice on the website or in the email when we booked, so we didn’t have to buy some swim caps on the spot that don’t fit that well and runs a little bit small even it says it was for adults. We then went to have a breakfast, Jool has been very attentive, paying attention and reacting with great restaurant knowledge, turning our groggy morning to a refreshing one. Tried the seafood soup he suggested, we would not have tried it if it wasn’t for him. But the soup was a pleasant and tasty surprise! Later we went checkout, Nora helped us through it. She was so friendly, accommodating, and sensitive to our needs. The process was super swift and smooth, that I feel like there wasn’t enough time to talk to her (which is a good thing because she was so efficient and nice, really appreciate that!) Glad we stayed at this hotel, had an amazing experience, thank you team and wish to see you again in our next stay!

1、預訂：預訂部Joey賈倩倩很主動提前聯繫，因為是求婚現場，所以提前問了需要幫忙準備哪些方便助力，還幫助備註了我的要求！而且有問必答，什麼小事都想辦法解決，表揚； 2、前台：登記入住時，前台Hanna黃娜看到備註專門問了我的想法，而且非常細心幫我找了更好的房間，為我免費升級了房型，退房時看到東西比較多還幫忙叫禮賓部協助打車；態度也非常友好，非常好的入住體驗； 3、下午茶：20樓的下午茶因為當天用不了，問了酒廊這邊的Nora能不能挪到次日，她也非常幫忙調整了一下； 4、早餐：早上沒想到早餐這麼豐富，而且因為攜程貴賓還專門送了佛跳牆，服務也非常及時，很主動收碟子； 5、禮賓部：是這次幫助最多的，幫忙拿了很多次快遞和東西，退房打車時也非常主動。 6、最後還要特別感謝10樓的保潔阿姨特別好，也幫忙打掃佈景，人也很熱情！

Excellent services the manager Hannah huang upgraded me a room when I asked for a double bed since I was alone. She also called me and asked if I was satisfied the room. Very caring. The room is huge and decent. Breakfast was good although they didn’t provide a variety of food

Emailed twice after the checkout due to unexpected charges, but no reply.

The hotel was very old and room was very strong smell. Reception and room are totally different. You can not judge it. I will not stay anymore at Hilton anywhere. Disappointed in me.
