We arrived during a rain storm and could not access the parking space in front of the hotel as there were two busses and a police van occupying the space. We later learned that the busses belonged to an Italian soccer team that was staying at the hotel and that was given priority over all other, less important, guests. Since we could not stop in front of the hotel and had no idea where to go, we were forced to drive around the block in heavy rain and traffic. We eventually found our way to the enormous underground parking garage, which serves as the parking garage for a mall, offices, conference center and the hotel. The garage was poorly marked and we could not find the the right elevator/exit for the hotel. After exiting at the wrong place and getting soaked from the rain, we eventually found the entrance to the hotel, which was on the opposite side. A porter was sent to accompany us back to the parking garage to show us the way. The porter told us that this is an everyday occurrence when guests get lost in the parking garage or take the wrong elevators due to poor signage. When we expressed our grievances to the reception staff, they argued and told us that there were signs. Later that night, we called the reception desk asking for two wine glasses and a cork screw since there were none in the room. The receptionist informed us that it will be an extra charge to bring wine glasses and a cork screw to our room, but that we could get them from the restaurant on the 35th floor if we went to pick them up. My husband asked whether he had to bring the bottle to the restaurant to open and the receptionist said that was not necessary. When my husband went up to the restaurant and asked for the cork screw, they told him they could not give it to him as it was very expensive and they needed it. As a result, my husband had to return to the room and bring the wine bottle to the restaurant. Prior to our arrival, my husband sent an email to the hotel requesting certain information, but did not receive a response. When we asked the reception staff why there was no response to our email, they told us that we sent it to an email box that does not go to them. The next day it became clear to us that they had full access to the mail box since they asked us if we were still interested in the booking we requested in our email. In addition to the poor service, the room decor and furniture looked cheap and the shower and WC were very small. Although we booked the hotel for two nights, we decided to leave the next day. Upon departure, we called for help with our luggage, but there was no answer so we did not get any help. This is the worst five star hotel experience we ever had and the first and last time we will ever stay at a Eurostar hotel.

The hotel is clean and with a professional staff able to manage each situation and problem. The rooms are well equipped with everything you will need during your stay. The Hotel is near the city center (10-15 minutes on foot) with the bus stop at 3 minutes by walk. It is easy reachable from the airport taking the EA airport bus and stopping at Placa de Armas (10 minutes far from the Hotel). There are a lot of typical restaurants in the nearby. The breakfast is rich and with a lot of different meals.

Estuvimos alojados cinco días en el apartamento. Súper confortable y limpio con excelente ubicación. Natividad y Rosario, lo más!!! Como crítica constructiva, debería haber personal en la recepción las 24 hs, tienen un número a quien contactar por si surge algún inconveniente, pero no es igual si hubiese siempre alguien a quien recurrir, se nos presentó un inconveniente una noche tarde y tuvimos que molestar con mensaje porque en la recepción no había nadie, como también al hacer chekin deberían explicar lo del estacionamiento, tiene descuento al estar alojados pero al no haberlo sabido de entrada no tuvimos el papel para el sellado que necesitábamos. Lo demás, SÚPER!!! Volveríamos!

Abbiamo prenotato in questo posto, spinti dalle buone recensioni. Niente di tanto falso. ESPERIENZA BRUTTISSIMA. In questo luogo abbandonato non vi è la presenza di personale ne quando arrivi ne quando te ne vai, il codice per entrare ti viene mandato tramite e-mail. A noi era stata assegnata la stanza 12 che al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato occupata da un senzatetto, che sapeva il codice per entrare. Così chiamo i proprietari che ci danno un’altra stanza la 16. Nello stesso giorno poche ore dopo il nostro arrivo si sentono le urla del senzatetto che veniva buttato fuori a botte dal proprietario. ABBIAMO PASSATO 2 giorni di paura perché soli ed abbandonati. Controllati solo dalle telecamere SICURAMENTE NON FUNZIONATI. Perché stamattina 23/6/ 2023 abbiamo lasciato la camera e il senzatetto usciva alle 8,40 dalla camera numero 1 proprio all’ingresso. Questo per raccontare l’esperienza. Spero che il proprietario prenda provvedimenti nel cambiare il codice di ingresso del portone principale. E spero che nessuno si trovi nella nostra stessa situazione. CI ASPETTAVAMO DELLE SCUSE E NON DICO IL RIMBORSO COMPLETO MA UNO SCONTO ANCHE DIFRONTE AL FATTO CHE: La camera era davvero brutta, nessuna presenza di armadio ma solo una sedia, per appoggiarsi, tendaggi sporchi, bagno senza la presenza di uno spazzolone ho dovuto pulirlo con il soffione della doccia, 0 personale, non c’è la tv, il climatizzatore non funziona dal 2015 da come si può leggere da altre recensioni, la struttura è molto fatiscente e abbandonata. SI MENZIONA LA PRESENZA DELLA CUCINA, MA NON CE NIENTE ALTRO CHE UN TOSTA PANE SPORCO, UN FORNETTO A MICROONDE E UN FRIGO. SCONSIGLIO CON IL CUORE DI PRENOTARE, ma spendere 20 euro in più e andare in un posto sicuro.
