My name is Hanna and Im a PhD student from Ulisboa. Went to spend the weekend in sevilla and had the worse experience in my life. The staff from the night, tall man with white hair was very aggressive to me saying that I was in the system and I payed 2 nights in advance. I tried to talk and explain and he said didnt care and said that if a started complaining he would call the police. Im 37 i do everything right in my life and never someone treated me like that. After 2 hours checking the system que allowed me to go up. Girls, please dont stay in this place. Its not safe. And the boss didn't even apologize for that. I left my number to him and didnt receive any message taking any action. He only cares fir money and business. So please, be careful and dont stay in this place!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was staying there for a night in a 8 bedroom room. That was pretty small, noisy room, looking to a noisy street, bathroom and toilet inside of the room, metalic beds making noise too.. how can one sleep like this?? I also was charged 2 euro to park my bycicle inside.. happend to me first time in my life, and i am traveling a lot.. the shower was nice, but i couldn't sleep..

Viaje inmejorable. Sitio de 10. A tan sólo 15 minutos cinando de kas atracciones turísticas y en la alameda de hércules, Plaza llena de bares, pubs y restaurantes. Le dimos la enhorabuena a la limpiadora y todo nuevo. Lo recomiendo siempre. Saludos al staff

Sitio inmejorable. En pleno centro y lugar con mucho ambiente para salir. Se podía dormir sin problema. Muy limpio y muy cuidado. Todo el personal nos ha tratado de lujo. Volveremos a visitar Sevilla y al hostel porque estamos como en casa.

Llegamos la noche del 7 de octubre de 8 am a 5 am. Cuando entramos en la habitación no estaba limpia, suelo sucio, pelo y pelo en la ducha. pared sucia y lo peor viene después, camas llenas de chinches. estamos picados y asqueados, un atentado a la salud pública. cambiaron la cama y las chinches siguieron saliendo de los colchones. nos vamos por miedo a llevarnos a los animales. este albergue es una vergüenza, solo se lamentaron y no hicieron nada. contactaremos con todas las entidades

estuvimos hace unos dias en Sevilla con un grupo de 28 alumnos de 17 años de Madrid, y la estancia fue muy cómoda. Las habitaciones eran múltiples pero muy limpias y el personal fue supersimpático. Nos facilitaron la estancia en todo momento.El desayuno incluido era sencillo pero bueno.Así que deseamos felicitarlos por su buen trabajo y su extraordinaria disposición
