"Our family had such a wonderful stay at Funny Lion! From the moment we arrived, the entire team made us feel so welcome, comfortable, and completely stress-free throughout our visit. The warmth, hospitality, and attention to detail truly made this a memorable experience for all of us. A very special thank you to the General Manager for leading such an outstanding team, and to Janine for being extra patient, kind, and incredibly helpful during our stay. She truly went above and beyond to make sure my questions and requests were attended to. Huge thanks as well to all the rest of the staff members who were consistently friendly abd attentive in every way. We also really enjoyed the food at Hunt Restaurant — definitely on the pricier side, but the quality and taste made it worth it. We originally wanted to dine at C75 as well, but it was fully booked, so I highly recommend making reservations in advance. The buffet breakfast was also very good, although the spread was a little limited. The pool was very well maintained, and we appreciated that water activities like kayaking were included free of charge. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to visit the resort sandbar due to unexpected boat issues. The rooms were comfortable and thoughtfully prepared, with lovely little touches like fresh fruit juice and daily snacks that made the stay feel extra special. Overall, it was such a warm, relaxing, and enjoyable family getaway. Thank you, Funny Lion, for the amazing hospitality — we can’t wait to come back!"

"Microtel was a good place to rest if you traveled outside Puerto Princesa, like Balabac or El Nido. It is far from the noise of the city of Puerto Princesa. Downside currently is that the roads going to Microtel is under renovation and traveling to Microtel is hard. This is during November 2025 hopefully the construction will be done soon.  You will see that in the pictures of Microtel has beach  but this beach is very shallow.  Alternative as it it has a swimming pool."

"Hotel with traditional feel and service. Beautiful courtyard with pool. Clean room. Quiet area. Jollibee restaurant is just beside the hotel. Robinsons Mall is within walking distance. Would stay again."

"We loved this hotel. The garden was beautiful. The pool was clean, and we went for a swim. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We stayed in a standard room for a super cheap price. It was excellent value for money. The internet was great, and the room.comfortable and clean. Coffee in the morning was provided. We really recommend it."

"Affordable and quality hotel! We stayed in a Pool Access Queen Room, which was spacious, clean, and comfortable. They also gave us a complimentary 2-hour extended stay since our free airport transfer was scheduled 4 hours after our original check-out time. The staff were approachable and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was also delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel! 👌🏻"

"Great place! Nice breakfast. Friendly staff, with the exception of spa services. The woman in charge was rude, and on some kind of power trip. My fiancé and I went in for massages. She made us wait 45 minutes and there was absolutely no one else there except four masseuses on their phones. Then I asked if she could focus on my back, and she said no bc it was a “full body massage” she then spent the least amount of time possible on my back. I wouldn’t recommend the spa, and was surprised this woman was even employed there."

"We only stayed here for 2 nights on arrival to PP, then headed to El Nido by van after a visit to the underground river. Staff organised our tour and transport. facilities were brilliant, staff were freindly and efficient. Food was scrumptious. Pool area is beautiful at night. room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. Highly recommend staying here."
