From the moment we arrived at Carpe Diem Villas, we were treated like VIPs! The staff welcomed us with refreshing drinks and big smiles, instantly setting the tone for a relaxing and memorable stay. The check-in process was smooth, and we immediately felt at home in this beautiful, tranquil retreat.
Our villa was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed—combining modern comforts with a cozy tropical vibe. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we loved having a private balcony where we could unwind with a cup of coffee in the mornings or a glass of wine in the evenings. The pool area was another highlight—serene, well-maintained, and perfect for lounging under the Palawan sun.
While the villa is located in Puerto Princesa city (not near far-flung attractions like the Underground River or Honda Bay), the hotel made exploring easy by offering convenient tours to these must-see spots - from city tours to island-hopping adventures, ensuring that we can experience the best of Palawan without the stress of planning. Their recommendations for local restaurants and hidden gems were also spot-on!
What truly stood out was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond—always attentive, friendly, and ready to help with anything we needed. Their warmth and professionalism made our stay feel extra special.

BBradyBeeThis is one of the better hotel in El Nido. The front desk is so attentive and very , very friendly. The pool was under construction but they arranged for us to go swim on Miniloc island which was stunning. The breakfast staff was just as friendly and the food was just absolutely stunning. We will definitely going back to this island as it’s close to restaurants and has a swimmable beach. I would, however, recommend to go into El Nido town to book snorkeling and island hopping tours. It’s was such a great experience. I strongly recommend this place

ผผู้เข้าพักทำเลที่ตั้งดีมาก เพียง 5 นาทีจากท่าเรือและใกล้กับใจกลางเมือง ค่ารถตุ๊ก-ตุ๊กอยู่ที่ 30 เปโซต่อคน แม้ว่าจะไม่มีร้านค้าดีๆ มากมายในใจกลางเมืองก็ตาม การบริการดีมาก สุขอนามัยดี และมีสระว่ายน้ำถึง 3 สระ รวมทั้งสระเด็กด้วย แผนกต้อนรับดีมากและริเริ่มเพื่อช่วยให้เราติดต่อบริการเชื่อมต่อของโรงแรมถัดไปซึ่งราบรื่น อุปกรณ์อาบน้ำค่อนข้างพื้นฐาน ไม่มีครีมนวด คุณภาพแชมพูไม่ค่อยดี และแอร์ที่หน้าต่างในห้องดังเกินไป ฉันตัดสินใจพักที่นี่เพื่อความสะดวกในการไปทะเลเท่านั้น ไม่มีชายหาด แต่โรงแรมอื่นในบริเวณนี้ไม่มีชายหาดตั้งแต่แรก ร้านอาหารมีขนาดไม่ใหญ่นักและอาหารเช้าก็ค่อนข้างเข้มข้น โจ๊กสามประเภทก็ค่อนข้างอร่อยและขนมอบก็ค่อนข้างดีเช่นกัน

We took the hotel shuttle to and from the airport, and it costed us only 200 per way (the original fare was 250 but we got 20% discount since we were students) which is cheaper than the one offered by private vans at the airport. Upon arriving at Astoria, we were greeted by their welcoming staff with complimentary drinks and locally made necklace. The staff assigned to us gave us a quick tour of the place, and we loved how clean and well-maintained the facilities are. If there’s one thing that guests should know before visiting, it’s that to expect that Astoria sales staff would try to sell you their membership packages. But don’t worry, you can politely decline and Astoria’s sales staff would be very understanding. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Astoria and we will definitely come back!

WWorkHardToTravelThe hotel staff were very nice and accommodating. There are 2 swimming pools available which is great. Restaurant’s food is amazing too!
However, it seemed like the hotel was understaffed. We arrived around 11:30am, but since the check-in is strictly at 2pm, we went for lunch at the restaurant first. However, when we came back at 2pm, they made us wait for another 30mins because there was only 1 receptionist and it took her a long time to process the family ahead of us. Housekeeping also came late even if we put up the “makeup room” sign before we left for our tour. When we came back at 4pm, our room was still untouched, and the housekeeping only arrived at 5:30pm. Soundproofing was also not as good. We could hear our neighbor upstairs moving the furniture at 4am.

ผผู้เข้าพักMantiloc resort is a paradise. If you are looking for a relaxing time in a unique spot this place is for you. The staff are so kind and helpful, they make it an amazing stay. The half day boat trip is also well worth it and one of the best parts of our trip.
The menu could do with being expanded, with more vegetarian and vegan options. Also a barista coffee option would make it perfect., though a nespresso machine was a available upon request

LLiv27Very clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The location is very scenic on the water, and has an amazing pool, but you do have to take a tuk tuk to the downtown area and back. It is conveniently located next to the pier if you will take the ferry to El Nido. It was only a 4 minute walk. The TV had Netflix, which was a happy surprise. The bed was a bit hard and the shower did not get all the way hot, but everything was comfortable enough. I recommend also reserving one of the Coron Island tours you can find on Trip.
