"White Pearl Villas was wonderful! As we arrived, we were proactively greeted by a member of the staff. He attended to our baggage and walked us down to the Aqua Villa Dream room. The room wasn’t on the highest part of Oia, but it was near a great terrace which had lawn chairs and which we used for photos. Our room has a personal terrace as well with a comfortable chair, but the view from there wasn’t the best. As we entered the room, we saw that we’d been given a complimentary bottle of wine as well as a bottle of water. The staff member gave us a quick tour of the room, which was interestingly shaped and carved into the cliff. It felt very unique and cozy. We had a smart television that we used for Netflix, as well as a refrigerator. The room also had a jacuzzi, though we didn’t use it as we were visiting in August and it was already quite warm outside. The plunge pool had a cool window that opened to the ocean, though. The bathroom was a bit small, but the shower was good quality with strong water pressure and consistent temperature. The staff added me on WhatsApp for easy communication which was GREAT. The bed was very comfortable with nice sheets as well as a hollow headboard which was good for putting our phones and other things over night. Everything in the room was cleaned when we arrived. There was also a cleaning service when we were away during the day. The air conditioner was strong and there was a dehumidifier as well. There were plenty of towels and outlets, though we of course needed a converter for our American electronic devices. There was a coffee maker with easy to use pods, as well as 2 pairs of soft white slippers. We did not try the breakfast or the massage service. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. My only wish is that the view directly from our room was a bit better, as the room is tucked into the mountainside. However, there were nice photo spots all around us, so we only had to take 20 steps to get a nice view of the sunrise or sunset in comfy chairs. If I return to Santorini, I will absolutely stay here again!"

"My husband and I enjoyed an excellent 4 night stay in Santorini at Panorama Suites April 24-28th. The hotel location in Fira is right on pedestrian street and close to restaurants and shopping. The hotel staff provided outstanding service. Full cook to order breakfast was very good with cappuccinos. They provided assistance with luggage to your room and the best part was the amazing caldera views from our room balcony! Rooms are very clean and modern with spa shower that's amazing. For those needing mobility information, the hotel Suites are down on the caldera, and they have two elevators down to the suites and then flight of stairs. It's a bit of walking to your suite but worth the amazing view. Really enjoyed our stay at Panorama Suites!"

"About 10 minutes walk from the bus terminal but only a minute walk to the beach and the many cafes, beachfront restaurants and mini supermarkets.Very clean hotel and room with all toiletries except toothbrush. Very clean bedsheets and towels and Very comfortable bed. High recommended to stay in this hotel and the hotel was gracious to present a gift personally handcrafted by the owner's wife. Had an excellent stay. Thank you"

"Fuimos de viaje en pareja y nos alojamos 2 días en una habitación con pileta propia y vista a la caldera. La ubicación del complejo, la vista, la comodidad y el buen gusto de la habitación, todo es increíble. No se puede pedir más. Es increíble la belleza natural de donde está ubicado el hotel y lo bien que se aprovecha esa maravillosa naturaleza desde la habitación. El Restaurant del hotel es muy rico, todo lo que preparan tiene muy buen sabor. Fuimos muy bien atendidos por Rafaela, nuestra host, al igual que la persona que atiende el Restaurant que fue muy amable y servicial. El único punto que pongo en duda es la relación precio/prestacion. Pagamos usd 1300 aprox x noche por una habitación con pileta propia. Lo vale? Claramente es difícil ponerle precio a la vista y lo espectacular del lugar, pero en mi opinión, si un hotel cobra semejante monto la noche, el servicio que tiene que brindar es excepcional y en este caso hay muchos detalles que no están a la altura de semejante precio. Fuera de eso, súper recomendable."
