"เมื่อเรามาถึงโรงแรมตอนดึกและพยายามจะเข้าโรงแรมครั้งแรก ประตูเปิดไม่ออก ทำให้เรารู้สึกตกใจ แต่มีคนหน้าตาเหมือนเจ้าหน้าที่รักษาความปลอดภัยออกมาอย่างรวดเร็วและโทรไปที่แผนกต้อนรับ การเช็คอินราบรื่นดี ทางเข้าโรงแรมต้องใช้กุญแจห้องในการเปิด ดังนั้นระบบรักษาความปลอดภัยจึงยอดเยี่ยม และเรารู้สึกปลอดภัยตลอดการเข้าพัก ห้องพักสะอาด กว้างขวาง และมีเตียงสามเตียง ทุกคนนอนหลับสบาย อย่างไรก็ตาม หัวฝักบัวค่อนข้างแคบ และน้ำกระเด็นไปทั่วเมื่อใช้แบบที่ไม่ใช่แบบติดตั้งถาวร ซึ่งเป็นเรื่องที่น่ากังวลเล็กน้อย ดูเหมือนจะมี Wi-Fi ฟรี แต่เราจำรหัสผ่านไม่ได้และสุดท้ายก็ไม่ได้ใช้ จะดีกว่านี้ถ้ามีรหัสผ่านให้ในห้อง"

"We stayed 1 night and it was a smooth check in. With free airport shuttle it's so convenient to get in and out of the airport. Good accommodation especially when you arrive after midnite and need to get back to the airport the next day."

"We enjoyed a family overnight stay to celebrate a birthday. The location is convenient, and we appreciated the hotel’s facilities. However, there were a couple of aspects that detracted from the experience. I was genuinely surprised that there wasn’t even a complimentary bottle of water provided in the room. Having stayed in many hotels, both within Australia and internationally, I have never experienced a hotel that didn’t provide complimentary drinking water as a basic amenity. It’s a small gesture, but one that makes guests feel welcomed and cared for. Unfortunately, the service at the Atrium also fell below expectations. It took quite a while for staff to take our drink orders after we were seated, and when the drinks did arrive, they came out individually over an extended period rather than together. This wasn’t the level of service I would expect from a hotel of this calibre. More broadly, I found the overall customer service lacking. Having stayed in a range of prestige hotels around the world, I’ve come to expect staff to acknowledge guests with a smile or greeting, or simply pause to allow guests to pass in hallways. These may seem like small courtesies, but they are what distinguish exceptional hospitality from average service. During our overnight stay, I didn’t experience these simple gestures once, which made the service feel impersonal and not particularly guest-focused. Overall, while we enjoyed the facilities and location, the level of hospitality did not match what I would expect from a premium hotel experience."

"โดยรวมแล้วก็ค่อนข้างดี สภาพแวดล้อม และทำเลดีมาก การบริการของโรงแรมก็ดี บริการรับรถก็สะดวกมากเช่นกัน เวลารอรับรถก็สั้นมาก เป็นโรงแรมที่คุ้มค่าที่จะมาพักอีก"

"หากคุณต้องการอยู่ติดกับชายหาดสองสามวันนี่เป็นสถานที่ที่เก่าแก่ แต่สะอาดและตั้งอยู่อย่างน่าอัศจรรย์ ร้านอาหาร / บาร์ของตัวเองมีอาหารที่น่ารักไปจนถึงดนตรีสดเสมอ เหมาะสําหรับวันหยุดสุดสัปดาห์ฤดูร้อน Xx"

"We booked it to catch a complimentary shuttle bus for an early flight next morning. Only afterwards did we find out its not available on the weekend. It was also noisy during the night from revellers but it was a Friday night. Will not come again even for the great location. Also looking in part a but tired but could accept for the convenience to airport."

"Spent a couple of nights there with my toddler, we love it. It's a perfect spot to spend a causal and active weekend with kids. Great location - there is a small beach right next to the hotel, almost like a private beach to the hotel, quite and very safe for young children to play. Playground nearby. Walk across over Stirling Hwy, there are plenty of cafes. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. The food at the hotel cafe is delicious, reasonable pricing, decent size/portion. Hotel (in room) facility is ok, it has everything we need. There is a indoor and outdoor pool, and a gym. They are all well maintained. It's a quite spot, but at night time, we still can hear the traffic on the Hwy even though with windows closed."

"It was a real lovely stay at Chalets on Stoneville. They are great sized chalets. We booked a 1 bedroom but got a 2 bed chalet. The scenery is gorgeous being surrounded by bush and wildlife. The spa was lovely and very clean. Please be aware that if you are taking kiddies that the tv only has all 9 channels, 1 channel 10 and all the abc and sbs channels. This didn’t bother us as we didn’t really watch tv. Also be aware that at night it can get quite loud with the surrounding wildlife, they were having a great old party with possums on the roof and the kangaroos jumping around. We quickly learnt what was what the first night and by the second night if we heard anything we went straight back to sleep.  It was really lovely sitting outside on the cute little bench with the sunset having a glass of wine and watching the kangaroos and their families mingle around us. Listening to all the different birds and all the little bandicoots jump around also."
