A very pleasant stay; my kid and I fully enjoyed our time here. The hotel’s location is excellent: it's a 5-10 minute walk from the beach, and there are several restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The beach itself is lovely, with clean water, pleasant sand, and it's not very crowded. Breakfast offers a large variety of food, both Western and Chinese. The swimming pool was very nice—clean and beautiful. Overall, while the facilities are getting a bit old, they are well-maintained and clean. Special thanks to Cissy at the front desk; she was very helpful and attentive to our needs. I will definitely consider Pullman if I come to Sanya again.
