A memorable stay at Pullman Villas Sanya — excellent service, food and villas My stay at Pullman Villas in Sanya exceeded all expectations and was, without a doubt, one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. From arrival to departure, everything was handled with a level of care and attention that is rarely found. The service was absolutely excellent at all times. The team was always available, attentive and genuinely concerned with making sure I wanted for nothing. Any request I made was handled quickly and kindly, which made the stay even more pleasant and relaxed. The food also deserves very high praise. The quality of the dishes was excellent, always fresh and well prepared, and the variety was remarkable — from authentic local options to international dishes, there was always something new and delicious to try. Breakfast was particularly generous and diverse, ideal for starting the day well. The villas are simply very good. Spacious, elegant, very clean and extremely comfortable, with every detail thought through for maximum guest comfort. They provide a genuine sense of retreat and tranquillity, away from the hustle and bustle, yet with all amenities within reach. The private pool was, for me, one of the highlights of the stay. It offers great sun exposure throughout the day, allowing me to relax and enjoy the sun in total privacy, without a care in the world. It is the perfect setting for moments of absolute rest, whether in the morning, in the afternoon or at sunset. Last but by no means least, I want to give great praise and sincere thanks to the entire team, and in particular to Félix at the front desk. Her help was tireless from start to finish, always with a smile, immense patience and exemplary professionalism. She resolved everything efficiently and kindly, and her dedication made all the difference to my experience. She is, without a doubt, an example of the very best in hotel service. I wholeheartedly recommend Pullman Villas Sanya to anyone looking for rest, comfort and service of excellence. That was cool too stay in this hotel. Good cleaning,good people. Pool and villa was clean every day. Every time when I need help,I get it by workers.

We enjoyed staying at the hotel, the location is nice next to a good public beach, everything was clean although a bit shabby. The restaurants are very nice too, we had buffet dinner every night, it was delicious

We stayed here for 3 days and booked a villa for two people. There was plenty of space, and the private pool was huge and fantastic, with a depth of 1.5 meters—perfect for some careful jumping in. :) The location is convenient, although walking in the heat is not always comfortable. The city center is only a 5-minute taxi ride away and costs around 9–11 yuan. Within walking distance, there is a large supermarket and an excellent noodle restaurant located to the left of the supermarket's main entrance. We personally didn't enjoy Yalong Bay as much as Dadonghai, mainly because it is significantly more expensive. However, the hotel itself left us with nothing but positive impressions. A villa with a private pool is an excellent choice. The hotel grounds are also beautiful, featuring a large swimming pool, a small river with fish and water lilies, and pleasant walking paths. It's a lovely place to take a stroll a couple of times during your stay. Housekeeping was thorough and provided every day. Any questions or requests were easily handled through WeChat. ------------- Мы были тут 3 дня, бронировали виллу на 2х человек, очень много места, огромный крутой бассейн с глубиной 1.5м, для аккуратных прыжков в него подходит :) Локация удобная, но пешком по жаре гулять не всегда комфортно, до центра на такси 9-11 юаней и 5 минут езды. В пешей доступности есть большой супермаркет и вкусная лапшичная слева от главного входа в супермаркет. Сам ялонг бей нам не понравился, он сильно дороже дадунхай, но отель оставил только отличные впечатления, вилла со своим бассейном очень крутой выбор. Территория отеля так же очень красивая, большой бассейн, своя речка с рыбками и кувшинками на ней, здесь комфортно погулять пару раз. Хорошая уборка каждый день, через wechat легко решались все вопросы.
