ทําเลที่ตั้งสมบูรณ์แบบ! พวกเขามีเครื่องเป่าผม ล้างตัว+ผม พร้อมโลชั่นบํารุงผิว ยิมมีขนาดเล็ก แต่วิวน่าทึ่ง ซาวน่าขนาดกําลังดี แต่มีอ่างน้ําร้อนเพียงอ่างเดียว พนักงานเป็นกันเองและช่วยเหลือดีมาก พนักงานทําความสะอาดก็น่าทึ่งมาก! อยากจะแนะนํา 100%

Pros The hotel was impeccably clean. The rooms were large and well equipped with the use of a fridge and safe. The room also had a hairdryer ,shampoo and shower gel . Pool towels were also available to use . The bar menu was small but the food was of high quality. The bar was well stocked and staff were very friendly. Reception staff were also very friendly and helpful . The fact it was an adult only hotel was lovely Cons When you get dropped off we had to find the hotel ourselves which was a bit tricky as it was up an alley way . It look’s really scruffy but once inside you forget about it . ************ sometimes sat on the stairs as well offer **** and Charley !!! We had a couple of days of loud music around the pool area as well played by the lifeguards but when I complained this was resolved

Oku นี้เป็นสิ่งที่ฉันคาดหวังมากที่สุดในการเดินทางของฉันในอิบิก้า แต่ความรู้สึกโดยรวมก็ธรรมดา เหตุผลหลักคือพนักงานหยิ่งเกินไปและหยิ่งเล็กน้อย โรงแรมนี้อยู่ห่างจากชายหาดเพียงไม่กี่ถนน และมีโรงแรมขนาดใหญ่อยู่ติดกับ Oku อื่นๆ การตกแต่งไม่ทันสมัย แต่ราคาประหยัดกว่า ต้องรอเช็คอิน รอถึง 15.00 น. ถึงห้อง เนื่องจากฉันเช่า Mercedes-Benz แบบเปิดโล่ง รถจึงแย่เกินไปที่จะจอดรถบนถนนทางเข้าหลัก ฉันให้ทิป 2 ยูโรบนหมอนในตอนเช้า ฉันเกลียดมันน้อยเกินไป ฉันไม่ได้ให้ทิป แต่ฉันไม่ได้ใส่อุปกรณ์อาบน้ําให้ฉัน! ! ! สระว่ายน้ําแบ่งออกเป็นสองสระ ต้องข้ามถนนใหญ่ก่อนถึงจะผ่าน อันใหญ่ต้องคว้าตําแหน่งแต่เช้าตรู่ทุกวัน ไม่อย่างนั้นไม่มีที่เดียว! ส่วนใหญ่เป็นวัยรุ่นที่มีชื่อเสียงทางอินเทอร์เน็ต และสระว่ายน้ําก็เหมือนกับคอนเสิร์ต dj ทุกวัน อย่าไปถ้าคุณต้องการเงียบ สระว่ายน้ําเล็กไม่ต้องคว้า ติดกับห้องอาหารเช้า ห้องมีขนาดเล็กมาก และข้างถนนมีถังขยะขนาดใหญ่ที่ชั้นล่าง (ไม่ใช่โรงแรม) เสียงดังมาก ขอแนะนําให้เพิ่มเงินเพื่ออัพเกรดประเภทห้อง แต่ห้องยังเล็กอยู่ ส่วนที่น่าพอใจคือห้องอาหารเช้าที่มีหลากหลายมาก อาหารเช้าสามารถทานได้ทุกวัน แต่คนส่วนใหญ่ บาร์ริมสระของโรงแรมดี มีวิสกี้ 🥃 มากมาย และยังมีอีกหลายแห่งในญี่ปุ่นอีกด้วย ใกล้กับเมืองข้างๆ นอกจากนี้ยังมีมิชลินสตาร์ Es Tragón อยู่ข้างๆ คุ้มค่าแก่การเยี่ยมชม บริการดีกว่าโรงแรมนี้จริงๆ ไม่รู้เท่าไหร่ มีพิพิธภัณฑ์สัตว์น้ําเล็กๆ อยู่ข้างๆ เรียกว่า ธรรมดา แต่การดื่มกาแฟที่ประตูเป็นการดีที่จะผ่อนคลาย

We booked with Jet2 and had a very easy private transfer to the Hotel. We were met by some very friendly staff who gave us a glass of cava and showed us to our rooms. The room and bathroom were lovely, the only fault would be no tea/coffee making facilities. We loved the vibe of the hotel and the staff could not do enough for us. the breakfast was great and served until 12. The pool area was really great and we could always get a bed, the only moan being we would have liked to go on the roof top pool but you have to spend 50 euros each a day for that to be allowed- I thought this was a lot seeing as we were guests of the hotel. I also thought there would have been a nicer beach closer but you have to walk around the bay to reach it. that being said for a group of 6 ladies we had a great stay.The hotel was quiet, safe and very clean. Everyone was very friendly I would return, thank you.

What a fabulous hotel! Stayed for 4 nights, single room upgraded by reception to a double, top floor, huge balcony. Safe and fridge also and air con. Bathroom was clearly newly upgraded very modern with fab shower. Mattress very comfy. Cleanliness was outstanding, not a spec of dust anywhere, cleaners do the best job. This was the same throughout the hotel with the highest standards of cleanliness I’ve ever seen and I’ve stayed in many hotels all over the world. I was booked on breakfast only. The choice was endless. I’m vegetarian so the cooked breakfast wasn’t any use but for meat eaters great. I did have mushrooms & beans on toast, but plenty of other choice such as croissants, breads, cakes, wide choice of fruits, cheeses, boiled eggs. Lovely orange juice and a good instant hot drink machine with a lovely cappuccino. Pool area I went to every morning, plenty of beds and again extremely clean. Very quiet no rowdy groups, chill out music playing was just lovely to chill out after a night on the town. The pool snack bar was good choice, good price. Lovely staff there, I asked the barman if he could muster up a strawberry frappe (not on the menu) and to my joy he did! It was so yummy. Lunch they even tailor made me a pasta dish. Such lovely courteous people. On the subject of staff these wonderful people would put some 5 star hotels to shame. A special thank you to the loveliest lady in reception named Pepita. She helped me with an issue I had and she went out of her way to resolve it. I saw her help several people by going over & beyond what’s expected. Management should know what a gem they have here! As for the security guard that people have bad mouthed, I found him to be a polite man and after all he’s doing his job! I personally prefer to stay in a quiet hotel and this certainly was given the number of young people staying here! The walls are thin and people chatting it can sound quite loud but overall I barely heard a sound. I vacated at 11am and at 4pm used the shower room, again absolutely spotless. I know I’m going on a bit but I’m not one to leave reviews but felt I had to with this outstanding hotel. Great value for money too, so much to say! Oh, also great location, 2 streets from Ibiza rocks, round the corner from The *****, close to everything. Thank you Hotel Tropical I will definitely be back.
