ห้องพักพอรับได้มาก ยกเว้น เตียงธรรมดาและค่อนข้างแข็ง หมอนก็คุณภาพไม่ดี เราได้วิวแต่น่าเสียดายที่เป็นของโรงลดความชื้นตรงข้าม Air-Con ดีมาก ๆ ปลอดภัยในห้องฟรีและทํางานได้ดี อาหารเช้าแย่และจืดมาก ไม่มีผลไม้สดสามวันแรก-มีแต่หมัก แล้วมีแต่เมลอนกับกล้วย , วันถัดมากีวี่!! เป็นการทรีทเม้นท์!! พิจารณาพื้นที่ที่เราอยู่เราพบว่าเข้าใจยาก ไม่มีออมเล็ตแค่ไข่ดาว วันหนึ่งเริ่มทําอาหารเองจริงเพราะเชฟไม่มีที่ไหนเห็น ไข่คนคลุกสุกก่อน - มีไว้บริการทั้ง เบคอนและไส้กรอกว่ายน้ําในแป้ง ต้มแข็งก็มี ให้เลือก ขนมปังหั่น ไม่มีโรล ฯลฯ คิดว่าคุณได้รูป เครื่องชงกาแฟก็ดี เลือกกาแฟหลากหลาย น้ําร้อน และนม พอมาถึงที่นี่โรงแรมยุ่งสุดๆ งานแต่งงานวันเสาร์ บริเวณภายนอก 1 ถูกกักตัวไปส่ง “แขกโรงแรม” ในวันวันอาทิตย์ยังวุ่นวายอีก “คนนอก” เข้ามายืนยันเรื่องเด็ก และปาร์ตี้ริมสระน้ํา จึงไม่มีให้ผู้เข้าพักอีก ผิดหวังที่ยิ่งใหญ่ที่สุดคือว่ายังไงหลังจากใช้สระว่ายน้ําด้านนอกมาเกือบ 4 วัน , ดิฉันได้รับการบอกปิดจนถึงเดือนกรกฎาคม !! มันถูกยกเลิก . ดิฉันบ่นและถูกบอกไปว่าสระว่ายน้ําปิดตลอดเวลาพวกเขาไม่มีความรู้ในการใช้บริการอื่นๆและหากดิฉันต้องการใช้ “นั่นเป็นความรับผิดชอบของฉัน” เราต้องใช้ผ้าเช็ดตัวจากห้องพัก สปาก็“ฟรี” และส่วนหนึ่งของข้อตกลงและดิฉันต้อง บอกเป็นจุดเด่นของการเข้าพัก แม้ว่ารีวิวอื่นๆ ที่เคยเห็นเป็นจุดบนแต่ก็ไม่ต้องสงสัยลดลง บริเวณเป็นสนิม ผนังฉาบปูนและสีหลุดออกมา เป็นน้ําเกลือและร้อนจึงต้องมีการบํารุงรักษาอย่างต่อเนื่อง ผมว่า- ชัดเจนยังไม่ได้รับมัน หลังจากวันจันทร์ โรงแรมค่อนข้างมาก พนักงานเน้นการบริการไม่มีอยู่จริง- ไม่มีการติดต่อตา มองหน้าจอคอมพิวเตอร์ตลอดและไม่มีการดูแลหรือตอบข้อสงสัย เราไม่ได้ทานอาหารในโรงแรม - ไม่แน่ใจว่ามีอะไรให้ บอกตรงๆ ่คนบาร์ก็ไม่มียกเว้นถ้ากดกริ่ง โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ด้วยเรารู้จัก อยู่ชานเมือง แต่มีแหล่งกินข้างนอกท้องถิ่นไม่กี่แห่ง (ร้านโรสอินเดีย) สุดยอดมากๆ อีกทั้งยังมี ”สถานี Petrol” ข้ามถนน ที่ให้บริการอาหาร เบียร์ และกาแฟรสชาติดี รู้ฟังดูไม่ค่อยดี แต่คุ้มค่ากับจุดแวะ (คนดีมาก) เดินเข้าเมืองก็ รวดเร็ว 20 นาที เหมือนโรงแรมหลายๆ ที่ อาจจะดีมากกับสภาพแวดล้อมและความงามของธรรมชาติแต่ดูเหมือนว่าไม่มีความตั้งใจและความปรารถนาที่จะเป็นเช่นนั้น ผู้บริหารก็เสียสมาธิไป าก ดิฉันจะกลับมาที่ย่านนี้ แต่แน่นอนจะไม่กลับมาที่เหนื่อยๆ ที่ไม่ประทับใจ และค่อนข้างจะพูดตรงๆ ดิฉันไม่แน่ใจว่าพวกเขาจะสนใจว่าดิฉันทําหรือไม่

Simply lovely staff Where do I begin? We stayed in the Bahia and had stayed there and the Triana hotel over 10 years ago. Yet the welcome was lovely and they kindly gave us a free upgrade to a balcony room. Turned out the next day the whole place was full with multiple SEN sports groups, yet it was lovely and quiet. The apartment consisted of a bedroom, bathroom and a living/dining/kitchen and of course the balcony which overlooked houses and the sea in one direction and the street in the other. The apartments are the sister building to the hotel, so the facilities are shared. Opposite is a 'Chinese Bizarre' and you are a 5 minute walk from Maxi Dia supermarket. Although you are self catering do give the hotel restaurant a go. E15 buffet for lunch or dinner and E8 for breakfast. We had dinner twice and they brought out crusty fresh gluten free bread for me. There is grill station for fish and chicken. A massive salad choice, lots of different traditional Spanish dishes along with pizza and pasta. Plenty of fruit, desserts & ice cream. Wine and soft drinks are reasonably priced too. Prices in Spain have increased but the Lo Pagan restaurants and bars are reasonable. The hotel bar is frequented by locals and they sell pizzas and sandwiches, shoe football games and large spirits with mixers at E5.50 We went end of may and the pool bar wasn't open, but the unheated pool was. It was cool but not cold and very refreshing! You can hire towels at E10 refundable deposit which they refresh at no extra cost. I left my glasses at the local spa and the staff kindly contacted them and organized a taxi to go and get them. All 3 receptionists were BRILLIANT. Really chatty. The older lady spoke perfect English, the two younger ones were quite as fluent so I got to practice some Spanish with them. Everyone is treated as special which makes this place one I thoroughly recommend. I will be back as soon as I can afford it

Firstly don’t make the same mistake we did this and believe this is a 5 star hotel it isn’t. No Air Con No hot water then no water at all Rude Staff Party's until 3am We arrived on the 13th march around 7pm, upon check in we was offered no help with our luggage which straight away screens out 4 star at best, but this did not bother us and wouldn’t of even mentioned it if it wasn’t for the rest of the issues. Once we had taken all our bags to the room we decided to go for some food in the restaurant, the food itself is good, but the service is horrendous the staff have no personality and remind you of a prison warden on a tv show and we had to pay right away, usually all the hotels I’ve stayed in it’s charged to your room. The next morning my wife went for a shower and the water was freezing cold so I called reception, they said they was going to fix it and they did and as a result we ended up with no water at all, eventually they sorted this issuer out by the time we returned form our day out. When we returned to the hotel the weather was beautiful so we switched the air conditioning on, but it was warm, I called reception they said they would talk to maintenance, but I heard nothing so asked again a few hours later and they said it was turned off as they was expecting cold weather soon, I’ve never heard such rubbish, I was told to use the ceiling fan, but this thing sounds like a plane taking off and we paid for a presidential suite and the fan is only in the bedroom, this made the room very stuffy and therefore you had no choice but to sleep with the patio doors open which is great if you like listening to dogs barking all night The rest of the week we just used room service and sunbathed on our balcony which was ideal as we never had to sit in the restaurant with the prison guards. Our last night here was the worse and I’ve never experienced something so bad from a hotel in my life. They had a wedding outside the hotel and it was so loud you would think the wedding was in your room, kids running about screaming like they was being murdered right next to the pool and the staff just watched and did nothing, a blatant disregard for health and safety and no respect for other guests

No way is this a 4 star hotel , for anyone who says it is then they’ve never stayed in a 4 star before. Yes the room was clean, the location is excellent and the staff were pleasant however…. Bed was uncomfortable with the flattest 2 pillows I’ve ever seen , might as well have not had one, my pillow case had rips in it too. Room had a kettle with a lid that didn’t close and we had 2 breakfast tea bags, 2 menthol tea bags, 2 sugars and 2 small milk/ cream pods, no coffee sachets. I have never known a hotel that provides a kettle that supplies tea bags and no coffee especially in Spain where coffee is a firm favourite at morning times. I’m sure they don’t provide it in the hotel as they want you to use their restaurant. There was a small fridge stocked with a few fizzy drinks and water , we used one bottle of water and at €3 for a small bottle we didn’t buy anymore. We just thought the hotel was basic, for what we paid it really wasn’t worth it, I do find though that the “ star rating” for anything in Spain regarding facilities etc is wrong, what they say is 4 star is really 3. A Premier Inn back in the UK is much nicer than this hotel AND it’s cheaper, great value for money. We definitely won’t be stopping at the 525 hotel again.
