Great things about this place: 1) very clean; 2) really nice people working here, especially the female server at breakfast; and 3) everything, including a/c, worked great; 4) LOTS of geckos at night that stayed outdoors (my daughter loves lizards). Not-so-great things: 1) we had a family room with 3 beds but hardly any furniture, so we ran out of surface space very quickly. Not even a table; 2) of the 4 nights we stayed there, there was really LOUD music from the hotel bar late into the night, with the bass up so high that it shook our room; and 3) blood sucking bugs (jejenes) came out at night and kept us in the room starting about 5. I know that's not something the hotel can control, but it did detract from the place.

Buenas noches nos dieron 2 habitaciones en el 3er piso sabiendo que traíamos un bebé y 3 niños mas y habitaciones que dan hacia la avenida ,mucho ruido y le pedi al joven de la recepcion que si nos podian dar habitaciones en otra area del hotel y me dijo que no.

Precio accesible; el lugar está limpio y tiene buena propuesta en cuanto a diseño; es acogedor., a mejorar yo considero el tema de ampliar el menú de sus alimentos y poner calentador a la alberca (y más sombrillas en el área de alberca) en general la pasamos muy a gusto! Si regresaría…

Si tu objetivo es descansar escoge otro lugar, es demasiado ruidoso entre la carretera, el criadero de camarón y el club de playa es imposible. Le hace falta muchísimo mantenimiento y la limpieza deja mucho que desear.
El personal es muy amable lo que compensa muchas cosas, la ubicación es buena, cerca de la tovara y la playa es excelente.

Por el costo de la habitación, 1200 se me hace pésimo, parece hotel de paso, las instalaciones deterioradas, las fundas aparentemente limpias pero la parte de la almohada que salía de ella estaba muy sucia de verdad muy mal, lo extraordinario fue el espacio de playa, por lo que preferí levantarme a las 6:30 e irme a meter al mar dos horas, regresar a la habitación bañarme y hacer check out, ya no podía estar mas ahí. Sin duda debe haber más opciones por el mismo precio en mejores condiciones y con mayor limpieza.
