I really enjoyed every minute of my stay. The staff was so friendly and inviting. Very clean. Airport shuttle staff are very friendly and helpful. MUST STAY

We got to Hotel and the room smelled the toilet seat was broken . I told them about it an nothing was done or accomodated there was spilled drinks on Sides of bed. . And no hot water when showering had to take cold showers.

First impressions showed me how rude the woman at the front desk was. She never welcomed us, only asked for CC and DL and mumbled everything. Not welcoming at all. Will never stay here again or recommend to anyone. The property is dingy and unlandscaped. The high fence around it must keep all the homeless off the property inside, but they are outside of the fence.

Due to extremely bad weather circumstances beyond my control, I was allowed to check in after arriving at the airport at 3:30am and my check out time was extended until 2pm. This allowed ample time to rest and wait for my luggage to be delivered by airport.

When I checked in the lady at the front desk was afraid that she charged me twice and told me to call back if that was the case. It was in fact the case and when I asked for a refund for the second night that I did not stay. the front desk lady was rude and said to take it up with my bank. They clearly knew at first that they may have made a mistake but did not want to honor that when I called back.
