Really really nice boutique hotel in the middle of Salzburg. The room and bed are super super comfortable with fluffy blanket. I had an excellent rest and slept through the night. Breakfast is delicious too.

Difficult to reach the hotel by car for unloading due to construction work.
Key lock of the bathroom door in our room was broken. Could not get out and door had be broken up. What an experience. Hotel staff and management were nice though and we got free breakfast for compensation of this bad experience.

Carlos delighted us with a cordial welcome. This convenient, laid-back, efficient place offers travelers what we need - clean rooms, walkable location, excellent staff - without the absurd atrium sculptures and posh amenities. Incredible value never grows old at Trumer Stube. A great breakfast awaits you.

Overall very nice stay. However the WiFi kept being weak and/or disconnecting completely. Very much a problem for us.

The hotel staff at reception (especially Carlos and Dominique) were truly exceptional and went out of the way to guide and help us with plans! They were super friendly and kind. Thanks for a fun stay!

Excellent location, exceptionally clean, spacious rooms and possibly the most comfortable hotel bed and doona I have ever had!
Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Will stay again and will recommend this hotel to others.

The location is perfect. It is along the pedestrian zone. Hence it is a car-free area but it is very close to all attractions. Many eating and drinking places nearby. All the main attractions are within walking distance.
Hotel is managed by a lovely couple. We got a newly renovated room. Room is very clean and comfortable. This hotel is highly recommended. If you are driving, parking is at Mirabell Garage - a 5 min walk from the hotel. Carpark to street level is by steps. No lift/escalator.
