I regret to write about my disappointing experience I encountered during my recent stay at your establishment. Firstly, the condition of the rooms fell below expectations. Cleanliness was lacking, and the amenities provided were inadequate, significantly impacting the comfort of my stay. Furthermore, despite reaching out to the property three times regarding the update of my rewards points, they were not addressed. The front desk staff's attitude was particularly disheartening, as they were rude and uncooperative in providing the Front Office ***ager's contact information or transferring my calls appropriately. As a Diamond member, I expected a certain level of recognition and service, including room upgrades and welcome amenities. Unfortunately, these expectations were not met during my stay. Overall, my experience at Ramada Plaza Zirakpur was below par, and I hope that you will take immediate action to address these issues and improve the quality of service provided to your guests.

The stay was very comfortable. Liked everything especially the reception staff was helpful in every ***ner. Naina was very helpful and her hospitality was commendable. Overall stay was very good. Rooms needs a little bit renovation otherwise everything thing was worth our time. Will recommend my friends and family to visit.Thank you Ramada for making our stay memorable
