It was very dirty floor and tub. One could not walk barefoot on dirty floor that needed mopping. Didn’t use tub because it was dirty as it was not wipe down or sanitize. Also, someone came very early to knocked on a few rooms including our saying housekeeping. That was very unprofessional because the hire should be able to see if we had left or not. The housekeeping woke us up when we did not ask for a wake-up call service.

Something that is understandable but would’ve been nice to know that’s there’s a $100 charge when you check in. It can take up to 5-7 days to get that money back.. If there was no damages. My room was clean and nice. There was no damages and hope on seeing my $100 back in a few days

酒店在市中心，但是比較老了，房間和前台在不同的樓。總體還是可以的，早餐的選擇非常少。適合商務出差住宿。

Management and staff were wonderful in helping me when my train was cancelled. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was varied and generous. Thank you so much for your help!!!!!!!

Terrible. Would never stay here. Homeless people on the property just wondering around. Used towels hanging up in the room. If you want to feel same stay somewhere else.

I liked the 2 young men who helped us to use the printer, when we checked out.
When we checked in, it was one of the 2 young men, and a young woman with her head covered. The woman spoke in another language right in front of us, and by the tone of her voice, she talked down to and berated the young man. My friend and I stood there feeling very uncomfortable. I think switching to a foreign language in front of others that don't speak it, is very rude.
I have stayed in a La Quinta Inn before, and the hotel was one building. This one was split into sections. I felt that it was tacky, it felt unsafe, the room had an odor, we were by a busy freeway, and there was noise all around us.
