โรงแรมนี้ดีเยี่ยมเลยค่ะ ประสบการณ์การเข้าพักยอดเยี่ยมมาก บรรยากาศก็ดีมาก โรงแรมมีรถรับส่งไปดิสนีย์แลนด์ด้วยนะคะ จัดตารางเวลาได้ดีมาก บนรถยังมีน้ำดื่มและขนมเล็กๆ น้อยๆ เตรียมไว้ให้ด้วย ความสะอาดของโรงแรมก็ดีมาก ห้องพักไม่มีกลิ่นไม่พึงประสงค์เลยค่ะ ตอนเช็คเอาท์ก็ยังให้กิ๊บเล็กๆ มาด้วย แถมยังไปส่งที่สถานีรถไฟใต้ดินโจวผู่ได้อีกด้วย ดีจริงๆ ค่ะ เป็นโรงแรมที่ใส่ใจลูกค้ามาก

มาเที่ยวเซี่ยงไฮ้และเลือกพักที่โรงแรมแมนซินแห่งนี้ค่ะ มากับเพื่อน เพื่อนจองก่อนแล้วฉันค่อยจองตาม พอมาถึงก็พบว่าโดยรวมแล้วเกินความคาดหมายมากค่ะ! การออกแบบล็อบบี้ให้บรรยากาศดีเยี่ยม ห้องพักสะอาดสะอ้าน สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกอัจฉริยะครบครัน นอนหลับสบายสุดๆ พนักงานกระตือรือร้นและสุภาพ อาหารเช้าปรุงสดใหม่ มีเมนูเด็ดสไตล์เซี่ยงไฮ้เก่าแก่ และยังมีชายามบ่ายฟรีให้เพลิดเพลินด้วยค่ะ การเดินทางไปเที่ยวและช้อปปิ้งรอบๆ ก็สะดวกสบาย ใส่ใจรายละเอียดทุกอย่าง คุ้มค่าเงินมากค่ะ ขอแนะนำให้เพื่อนๆ ที่มาเที่ยวเซี่ยงไฮ้เลยค่ะ

บริการของโรงแรมดีมากค่ะ แม้สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกจะไม่ได้ใหม่กริบ แต่ก็สะอาดสะอ้านดี น้ำในห้องอาบน้ำไหลแรงดี เตียงก็นอนสบายค่ะ ส่วนบริการรถรับส่งสนามบินผู่ตงตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง และรถรับส่งดิสนีย์ตามเวลาที่กำหนด ถือว่าสะดวกมากๆ เลยค่ะ ที่เด็ดที่สุดคืออาหารเช้าเริ่มตั้งแต่ 5:30 น. ซึ่งเป็นมิตรกับผู้โดยสารที่ต้องขึ้นเครื่องบินไฟลต์เช้ามากๆ และเป็นโรงแรมเดียวแถวสนามบินผู่ตงที่มีบริการแบบนี้ค่ะ แถวโรงแรมก็มีร้านอาหารเยอะแยะเลย แถมยังมีสวนสาธารณะริมแม่น้ำที่สวยงามอีกด้วย

เมื่อลูกฉันอายุ 7 เดือน เราเคยไปที่ Zai Xiang Fu มาครั้งหนึ่ง ตอนนี้เขาอายุ 15 เดือนแล้ว เพื่อนแนะนำโรงแรมนี้ ฉันเลยเลือกมาพักกับคุณแม่และลูก 2 คืนในช่วงวันธรรมดา ประสบการณ์โดยรวมดีเยี่ยม โดยเฉพาะห้องพัก ผู้ดูแล Bob ได้เพิ่มฉันใน WeChat ล่วงหน้าหนึ่งวัน เพื่อแจ้งข้อมูลสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกของโรงแรมและเรื่องที่จอดรถ และในวันเช็คอิน เขาก็ได้มาต้อนรับและนำทางเราด้วยตัวเอง แถมยังอัปเกรดห้องพักให้เราฟรีอีกด้วย ดีมาก ๆ เลย ข้อเสียเล็กน้อยอาจจะเป็นที่โรงแรมมีอายุพอสมควร รู้สึกว่าเครื่องปรับอากาศทำความร้อนได้ไม่ค่อยดีนัก หลังจากแจ้ง Bob เขาก็จัดหาเครื่องทำความร้อนมาให้ทันที ใส่ใจมาก ๆ เลยค่ะ อาหารเช้าก็อร่อย อาจเป็นเพราะเป็นวันธรรมดา เลยเหมือนได้เล่น Kids' Club คนเดียวเลย ครั้งหน้าถ้าลูกโตขึ้นอีกหน่อย จะกลับมาพักอีกแน่นอนค่ะ

Room: Executive Twin Room (Upgraded) We had a really pleasant stay at UrCove by Hyatt Shanghai Pudong East during our trip to Shanghai. From the moment we arrived, the front desk was warm, helpful, and welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to an Executive Room by the front desk (a young Chinese guy at the front desk upgraded us and showed us the room), a generous gesture that really set the tone for our stay after a long flight. Manager Peter stood out with his amazing support. He assisted us with food delivery orders, helped us set up *******, and made sure our needs were met throughout the stay. He also helped us set up our WeChat by scanning our QR Code so we could register! His help and dedication made a big difference. A day before our check-out, the young Chinese front desk staff member (wish we caught his name!) was also extremely helpful throughout our stay, he patiently answered many of our questions during the stay and gave us a free late check-out upon request, he scheduled an airport drop-off for us too, which made our final day much more relaxed and stress-free. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a bathtub, smart toilet, washing machine, microwave, and an induction cooker. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The surrounding area of the hotel was full of greenery and trees, creating a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. The room had a very nice view. The room service was responsive, helpful, and respectful, they came in at the times we requested, which we really appreciated. We also received lots of bottled water every day, along with all the usual room service essentials. Lots of the thanks to the room service. Extra perks: • Airport pickup and drop-off to/from Pudong International Airport • Smart toilet • Free self-laundry • Relaxing hotel environment --- A few minor downsides: The hotel is located a bit far from downtown (e.g., The Bund), and the nearest metro station (Middle Chuangxin Road) takes some time to reach. You can take taxis affordably to the metro station, but if using the metro, try to leave early as it’s about a ~40-minute ride back from downtown, and trains stop running late at night (around 11:30 pm for a lot of the lines, and some at 11:00 pm during work days). There are no nearby convenience stores, so it’s smart to either order what you need online or stock up on snacks, drinks, and groceries before returning to the hotel. --- Overall, this hotel was a wonderful choice. We felt cared for, relaxed, and well-served throughout our stay. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Shanghai, whether you're a solo traveler or coming with family. Huge thanks to Manager Peter, the front desk team, and all of the staff for the great service!

กลับมาพักที่โรงแรม Toy Story อีกครั้งหลังจาก 5 ปี ประทับใจมากกับการเข้าพักครั้งนี้ ตอนเช็คอิน พนักงานต้อนรับพบว่าเราเคยพักที่นี่แล้ว เลยให้ภาพถ่ายพร้อมลายเซ็นของ Buzz Lightyear เป็นของขวัญ ผู้ใหญ่อาจจะรู้สึกเฉยๆ แต่เด็กๆ ชอบมาก การเข้าพักครั้งนี้เพื่อฉลองวันเกิดของเด็ก พนักงานต้อนรับบอกว่าจะนำเค้กเล็กๆ มาส่งที่ห้องตอนกลางคืน ถ้าเราออกไปข้างนอก ก็จะใส่ไว้ในตู้เย็น อย่าลืมทานนะ เทียบกับปีที่แล้วที่ฉลองวันเกิดให้เด็กที่ Chimelong กวางโจว ที่นี่ดีกว่ามาก! อย่างแรกคือให้เอง อย่างที่สองคือเข็มกลัดวันเกิดก็ให้ที่โรงแรมเลย พนักงานทุกคนที่เห็นก็จะพูดว่าสุขสันต์วันเกิด! ทำให้รู้สึกดีสุดๆ! การเข้าพักครั้งนี้ยังพบว่าเสียงชักโครกเบาลงมาก ก่อนหน้านี้ตอนไปพักยังได้ยินเสียงชักโครกจากห้องข้างๆ แต่ครั้งนี้ไม่ได้ยินเลย! ครั้งหน้าจะกลับมาพักอีกแน่นอน

Wow what can I say about this hotel. I'm from Scotland and was weiry about booking a hotel away from shanghai city centre. Glad I did the city centre was far to busy felt like coming out of a busy concert. I shouldn't have been. Using Didi saved us the hassle trying to use public transport. Please note Didi (uber) ranged from £1.40 to £16 for a long journey. Didi arrived in 3 mins max WOW. You are close to the wildlife park and Disneyland you still need Didi to take you there but as the hotel offers a free shuttle then that cost isn't there. Shanghai Village is great for shopping again close by, across from disneyland The service in this hotel is 2nd to none. Derek (Manager) and his team are first class. I've never stayed at a hotel in which the staff make you feel so welcome. From a free gift, to a free upgrade. Free fruit and the willingness to help when you dont speak the language. The breakfast wasn't to my taste but looked lovely the staff went out of their way to buy bread and jam for us. We were offered a free bus to Disneyland we declined due to being to early for us. Didi only cost £4.80. But the offer was there. Derek and his team really go out of their way as I needed something printed off and was no hassle at all. I took his WeChat number (WhatsApp) just incase I got stuck I didn't get stuck but the offer was there and made me feel relaxed and not afraid to venture out knowing I could contact him. The hotel room was cleaned every day and was spotless. Room was very large, my room when I went to Hong Kong was a quarter of the size. Impressive! Has everything you need to be safe and comfortable. I genuinely can't fault this hotel and would have no hesitation to recommend to my family and friends. The surrounding area has a KFC and supermarkets there is a lot to choose from but more Chinese food is on offer. There is a bakery a few mins walk away and the bakery goods were delicious and I got my coffee from luckin coffee make sure you have the translater on your phone very easy to order if you have that plus the staff help too. So there you have it book this hotel and enjoy the hospitality Derek and his team offer you will not be sorry. I'm so glad to have stayed there sorry to leave.
