Can the central location of the hotel be enough to justify all the negatives? In my opinion not. the environments are dated, in the rooms the worst aspects. There are only blackout curtains on the windows so during the day it sends privacy. the mattress is springy and very uncomfortable. The bathroom is old, several damages to the tiles, old taps. Broken wall hair dryer. Noisy air conditioning system, it broke for a whole day. Difficult to adjust because still with old manual thermostat. Kettle and tea corner absent. Breakfast of poor quality, salty species and little variety of fruit. Missing dried and seasonal fruit. Missing bacon, two types of cured meat and one of cheese. There isn't a swimming pool, there is no corner for children or at least one is not available. The staff is polite but not welcoming compared to the famous Romagna hospitality. Ultimately an older hotel of maximum three stars to be generous. Week stay, so had time to observe and evaluate all aspects. I would not go back.

The hotel is overall Ok, but the best feature is the location right in the middle of Riccione, at a walking distance from the convention center and the beach. Although a bit outaded is still OK to enjoy the fabulous adriatic vibe. Make sure to try the restaurant located at the ground floor.

Absolutely fantastic hotel! We are returning guests every year! Very friendly staff. Comfortable and nice rooms. Great food with buffet for lunch and dinner which is very comfortable with kids as they can see and try what they want to eat. We also enjoy organised play activities for kids in the hotel during mealtime.

Hotel in pieno centro. Per carico/scarico bagagli si può arrivare direttamente all’ingresso oppure sul retro è presente un’area dedicata. Parcheggio sotterraneo a 100 m molto comodo. Camera tripla abbastanza spaziosa con un bagno comodo e ampia doccia. Molti punti di appoggio per valige/ beauty sia in camera che in bagno. Pulizia molto buona. Il personale si presenta accogliente e gentile, soprattutto in sala ristorante dove Ernesto e Orazio sono il top.

Per chi ama Riccione l hotel è in una posizione ideale, nel centro , di fronte all' ufficio del turismo e non lontano dalla spiaggia, belle camere, personale preparato e buon servizio, possibilità di parcheggio a richiesta, viale Ceccarini a due passi

L'hotel ha un ottima posizione, unico punto a suo favore perché per il resto purtroppo non mi sono trovato bene. La stanza purtroppo non era stata ben pulita, nel letto c'erano 2 capelli e nella stanza c'era molto polvere. Abbiamo fatto notare la situazione alla reception ma la situazione non è cambiata. La colazione un pò povera e decisamente da migliorare. A mio avviso ci sono delle migliorie da apportare ma è solo una mia opinione. A Riccione ho trovato soluzioni migliori.

L'unica cosa positiva di questo hotel , è stato il personale cordiale , per il resto sconsiglio fortemente. Lenzuola sporche, bagno maleodorante e per non parlare della colazione. Il primo giorno una buonissima colazione ma il giorno seguente hanno messo gli avanzi del giorno prima compresi i salumi e i cornetti. Un caffè schiumato è arrivato annacquato fino al bordo e con un goccio di latte montato male. In conclusione l'hotel non sembra affatto un 4 stelle.

Hotel molto carino,pulito e personale molto gentile,abbiamo preso una camera doppia con letti singoli. Unica nota discutibile,il bagno un po’ piccolo come struttura,mentre per errore ci avevano dato una matrimoniale ed il bagno era adeguatissimo.ottima la colazione e molto accogliente la sala .

L'hotel offre una posizione invidiabile per coloro che vogliono godere della movida del centro di Riccione. Le camere sono rinnovate e moderne con mini frigo. Magari bisogna prestare attenzione ai particolari da parte dello staff perché oltre a non aver fatto una pulizia approfondita delle camere la doccia presentava difettositá nel soffione. Da 10 e lode il personale di sala nel ristorante, soprattutto da parte del maitre che ha dimostrato una professionalità di alto livello sicuramente dovuto dall'aver frequentato la scuola alberghiera e dall'esperienza di molti anni. I camerieri benché più giovani si sono comportati all'altezza. Per quanto riguarda la presentazione della cena, non ho molto gradito la soluzione "a buffet" perché lo ritengo poco igienico visto che alcuni ospiti non sono educati da evitare di toccare e rimettere il cibo al suo posto, andarci praticamente sopra con la bocca. Inoltre a me il buffet mi ha dato sempre l'idea di "fila alla Caritas". Ma è un mio parere strettamente personale. In generale trovo questo albergo una buona soluzione per chi vuole approfittare di Riccione e del suo mare molto vicino e dalle tantissime attività che il centro e la vicinissima Viale Ceccarini offrono.
