Had a great time here. The all-inclusive was definitely worth its price, I wish I was able to stay longer for both the hotel experience and to explore more of the island.

Yemek seçeneği kısıtlı, herşey dahil olmasına rağmen akşam 10dan sonra lobibar ücretli, minibardaki su bile yenilenmedi, check out günü sabah 9 da kapı kartlarımızı iptal ettiler ve kahvaltıdan sonra giriş yapamadık, resepsiyondaki görevli bugün çıkış yapacağınız için sistem otomatik kapatıyor açıklamasını yaptı. 6 yaşındaki çocuğum odada mahsur kaldı. Küçük karıncalar vardı odada. Tek iyi yanı iki ayrı oda olmasıydı. Üç gün boyunca neredeyse her öğünde aynı menü vardı. Rodos gibi bir adada balık hiç çıkmadı. Su çeşme suyu alırsanız ücretsiz lobibardan alırsanız 1 eur dediler. Otelin konumu iyiydi.

Where do I start with this place some good points and a lot of bad First impressions when you walk in very nice check in takes ages with QR code and filling forms when they have your passport info and booking info so allow time for this Then you experience the smallest lifts in the world up to the relivent floor your on lol The pool area is small and not enough loungers for the amount of rooms and people still get away with the leave towels all day go shopping and lunch and then use the places they put a towels down on. not hard for staff to monitor this or the lifeguard and remove towels after 30 min it’s that easy and it’s not like he’s got much else to do Food is very hit and miss the odd dish is good but don’t expect wow expect 3 star food with the odd well cooked dish breakfast is the same every day and after a few days you’ve had enough needs a bit of better bacon and cold meats as they are cheap rubbish and not to a so called 4 star level Now let’s get onto the drinks No real coffee for breakfast rubbish instant machine No fresh orange for breakfast just a juice like Robinson not real You can get better but you have to pay which I think for a 4 star is a bit of liberty Free drinks are ok but not as good as other places I’ve stayed in Rhodes The pool opens at half 9 and shuts at half 5 then after that there is no outside seating and all you get is a few tables near the bar which is stupid for a hotel this size and there is more room in reception than the bar area Most staff seem nice and polite few look miserable in the morning shifts all in all I don’t see how this place has a 4 star I went to pathos 4 star last year and it was unbelievable from start to finish This is a 3 star charging 4 star money but just not up to scratch in my opinion plus still got building work going on If it wasn’t for the fact of location and we could go out every day and walk to beaches this would have been a disaster

My parents and me spent a fantastic week at this hotel. The room was okay, the pool is not too big but enough, the best thing is clearly the all inclusive! The food was delicious and varied. The staff is professional, they brouht beverages and watermelon to my old parents without asking while they rested by the pool. Thank you Castellum! :)

Nice clean hotel. Excellent staff. Especially george the bar man. Food average for all inclusive. As our stay was spring it wasn't too busy. Would hate to be there when it was as limited space. No outdoor space to sit after 5pm. Road traffic noise can be heard because of location. Also I recommend a pool view as it's a nursery the other side

Just spent a week at the Castellum Suites. On arrival we thought we were staying at an 18 -30s Hotel as loads of teenagers were stood outside. Thankfully they were very nice. On our first morning we asked reception why the pool wasn't open and they said the pool never opens until 15th April. Lots of guest asked the same question and they were all told opening on the 15th. Very disappointed as this wasn't mentioned at the time of booking. We raised a complaint with Easyjet on our return and the Hotel told Easyjet it was due to the weather. As you will see from the attached pictures the pool was not ready to use. Neither Easyjet or the Hotel will take responsibility for this error, Easy jet have given me an email address to rais a complaint eith ABTA. Chains around the pool and filthy cushions (washed on day 5 of our holiday). The food was ok but needed to be hot, the plates were also cold. Only one person serving in the bar so always a queue. Our room wasn't cleaned for the first four days, wasonly cleaned after we told reception Would I stay again- No

The cleanliness standards in this hotel are excellent, Bed was made every day and clean towels daily also. Check-in was straightforward, although we got some of the room and hotel information the next morning as we arrived just before midnight. We were in room 435 and had a view over the pool and you could see the sea. The bathroom and room itself were very modern and tastefully decorated. We could have used a few more drawers for shorts etc. The communal toilets were very tastefully decorated also. We loved the sun loungers/sofas which were well padded and we always managed to get one. A 90 degree turn of the cushion and it became a pillow to lie on the lounger which means you sometimes needed 2 as a couple. However, there was a lot of common sense by the guests and if you had 2 and there were none spare, you would give up one for them and share one with, in my case, my wife. We were there at the beginning of April and the pool was closed at 5pm. The food was, in my opinion, excellent. They didn't really pander to anyone as it was mainly Greek food. Baked Beef = Stifado, Baked Fish = fish stifado ( who knew), the Moussaka was lovely with that stifado taste, the baklava and Kataifi were excellent. Plus octopus, various fish including perch and swordfish. Chicken, pork and beef , which were all good cuts of meat. There was a comprehensive salad counter as well and decent bread/pastry selection. Ice cream was available all day. We enjoyed the drinks but I mainly had ouzo while my wife had gin and tonics and negroni cocktails. The draught beer was Magnes which tasted better as a pint than a half. Location wise it was a 12 minute walk to Marks and Spencer and a 10 minute walk to the castle entrance on the way to M&S. That was fascinating and you may never the castle city from that direction if you caught the bus or stayed in a hotel closer to the beach. I would go back to stay there tomorrow. In my opinion it was absolutely lovely. Oh and all the staff, including the cleaning staff were happy, polite and friendly.
