"ข้อดี: -พนักงานบริการดีและสุภาพ -ห้องพักและพื้นที่ส่วนกลางสะอาด -บริการรับส่งสนามบินสะดวกสบาย (ค่าบริการรับส่งโดยรถตู้ของโรงแรม 1,100 เปโซ ค่าบริการส่งส่งโดยรถแท็กซี่ที่โรงแรมจัดหาให้ 600 เปโซ) -สระว่ายน้ำได้รับการดูแลอย่างดี (ลึกประมาณ 4 ฟุต) -มีเตียงอาบแดดริมสระว่ายน้ำ สามารถมองเห็นทั้งสระว่ายน้ำและชายหาด -มีร้านอาหารและบาร์ขนาดเล็กภายในโรงแรม -พนักงานทำความสะอาดเอาใจใส่และตรวจสอบอย่างสม่ำเสมอว่าต้องการทำความสะอาดหรือไม่ -เตียงนอนสบาย ผ้าขนหนูและผ้าปูที่นอนมีกลิ่นและสัมผัสสะอาด -มีผ้าขนหนูชายหาดให้บริการตามคำขอที่แผนกต้อนรับ -วิวทะเลสวยงาม แต่สามารถเข้าถึงได้เฉพาะช่วงน้ำขึ้นสูง (ประมาณ 18:00 น.) ข้อเสีย: -ทำเลที่ตั้งค่อนข้างห่างไกล ไม่มีอะไรให้ดูหรือทำนอกโรงแรม -บริการรถรับส่งฟรีของโรงแรมไปยังห้างสรรพสินค้าโรบินสันมีประโยชน์ แต่จำกัดเฉพาะเวลาที่กำหนด -อาหารเช้าไม่คุ้มค่าที่จะซื้อหากไม่รวมอยู่ในห้องพัก สองวันแรกเป็นแบบบุฟเฟ่ต์และก็โอเค สองวันสุดท้ายเป็นแบบจัดจานและน่าผิดหวัง (ปริมาณน้อย อาหารเสิร์ฟเย็น รออาหารนาน) -เครื่องปรับอากาศในห้องค่อนข้างดัง ซึ่งไม่สะดวกเพราะฉันกำลังทำงาน -กิจกรรมภายในโรงแรมมีจำกัด นอกเหนือจากสระว่ายน้ำ -อาหารและเครื่องดื่มในร้านอาหารค่อนข้างแพง เราจึงพึ่งบริการส่งอาหารผ่าน Grab เกือบตลอดการเข้าพัก ข้อเสนอแนะเพื่อการปรับปรุง: ควรคงรูปแบบบุฟเฟ่ต์อาหารเช้าไว้ถาวร เพื่อปรับปรุงคุณภาพอาหาร อุณหภูมิ และลดเวลารอ ปรับปรุงการประสานงานการสั่งอาหารเช้า พิจารณาเพิ่มกิจกรรมภายในโรงแรมหรือตัวเลือกการรับประทานอาหารราคาประหยัดมากขึ้น ความคิดเห็นสุดท้าย: โรงแรมสะอาดและสะดวกสบายพร้อมพนักงานที่ยอดเยี่ยม เหมาะสำหรับแขกที่วางแผนจะพักผ่อนภายในโรงแรม การปรับปรุงบริการอาหารเช้าและการอัพเกรดสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกเล็กน้อยจะช่วยเพิ่มประสบการณ์โดยรวมให้ดียิ่งขึ้น"

"Really friendly and affordable resort. The staff helped me with my requests for transport, spa services , etc and the room was clean within expectations. I really enjoyed the pools and my balcony during my stay. The included breakfast was beyond my expectations for this price range. Would book again if in the area."

"Accueil excellent, établissement très joli, avec un bel aménagement extérieur végétalisé. Une piscine incroyable pour se détendre après une journée à visiter les alentours. Très bien situé, un peu à l' écart de l agitation de la ville, que l' on rejoint très rapidement en scooter à louer en face de l' hôtel pour 500PHP /jour. Logé dans la chambre N° 10 légèrement en décalé de la piscine, ce qui permet de ne pas être dérangé le soir, belle chambre, bien équipée, lit extra large et une petite terrasse. Service du personnel excellent. Merci pour ce très bon séjour fin Janvier 2025 ❤️ Josselyn et Karine"

"Beautiful little resort with a huge range of buffet options. Our kids loved the water park and we enjoyed the easy day trips to nearby beaches. Only downsides: we got food poisoning here; and it’s a fairly remote location (so if you’re wanting to explore - or go elsewhere for food - it’s not so easy)."

"Отличное романтическое место для пары на тропическом острове. Уединённое и спокойное, прикольные хижины из бамбука рядом с морем и прибоем, птички, цветы, пальмы, небольшой домашний риф. Весной выползают крошечные родившиеся черепашата из песка. Есть небольшой трек в горку позади отеля. Каякинг (платный), пинг-понг, мелкие игры. Отличная кухня, но дороговато по местным меркам (учитывайте это, так как есть больше негде, а так же платную воду и платный трансфер - 400 песо в одну сторону). Для пары 3-4 ночи будет хорошим выбором. Одиночкам будет скучно больше 2 ночей. Имейте повербанк, так как зарядка лимитирована по часам. Связь только местный вайфай, сотовая у нас не работала. Из минусов - почему то отель не имеет официального аккаунта в мессенджерах и отвечает только на местные звонки, на почту не отвечает. Так же злая (одна) собака - охранница (другие ок) и ОЧЕНЬ тяжёлые весла на каяках."

"Our stay at Southwind was simple yet memorable. The property itself is well kept, and the highlight for us was definitely the pool clean, spacious, and perfect for relaxing after a day out. It added so much to the overall experience, giving us a place to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. The rooms were comfortable, and the staff were kind and accommodating, making sure we felt at home. For travelers who enjoy having a good pool to lounge in, Southwind is a great choice. Verdict. VALUE FOR MONEY."

"* Upon arrival, the air conditioning unit in our villa was not properly maintained. The filter was extremely dirty and clogged, causing excessive noise and poor performance. We had to clean it ourselves in order to use it. * There is little to no mobile signal in the area, and the WiFi connection has been unreliable due to ongoing maintenance, making it very difficult to stay connected. * There has been significant noise disturbance from construction work directly behind our villa, including the use of loud power tools throughout most of the day over several days. * We were only informed about a wedding taking place upon check-in. As a result, we were unable to use the sunbeds located outside our villa and had to relocate further away. Also due to the wedding taking place, the hotel had to make many soundchecks during the day before, playing very loud music which made it hard to relax on the beach. The wedding guests (80+ people) were allowed to use the villa next to us, as their designated toilet, which caused a lot of back and forth from the weddings guests right by our villa. This made it difficult to relax. * Additionally, we find that the restaurant prices are quite high compared to the quality of the food. For example, breakfast at 800 PHP did not meet basic expectations, as even simple items such as cheese and ham for bread were missing. I’m also sorry to say that the chicken adobo is tasteless, and on the menu it says the menu has been created by a Michelin chef. My mango daquiri tasted only of alcohol, so I had to ask for one with less alcohol. As a certified bartender, that is unacceptable. Even the French fries were not done properly as they needed more time in the oven (I think that’s what they used to make them at least, I would prefer if they were fried in oil though). However, very good mango shakes. * We would also like to mention that the access roads leading to the property are in very poor condition. The roads consist mainly of uneven gravel and are full of deep potholes, which make driving quite difficult and uncomfortable. In some areas, it is only possible to drive at around 10 km/h due to the condition of the road. We believe that the roads would greatly benefit from proper maintenance or being paved with cement, as this would significantly improve accessibility and the overall guest experience. We understand that some of these issues may be temporary or unforeseen, but taken together they have had a significant impact on our stay. However I would really like to highlight Hazel from the reception at the Nacpan Beach Villas. She was really sweet and thorough when we had any questions and went the extra mile for us. She deserves a raise. Please let her know we were really happy with her and really appreciated her."
