Stayed here several times and always great. Seems since the last time they have updated the rooms!

Overall a good stay. The thermostat didn’t allow heat adjustment. Even after turning off it still continued cycling on.

The hotel was very clean and nicely decorated for Fall. It's warm and inviting. The staff were friendly and the breakfast here was better than at the Hilton in Portland. There was fresh biscuits and gravy, plus eggs amongst other things. I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Redmond!

Far enough off the main road to have little traffic noise at night. Pet friendly with an extra fee. Only one entrance point into the hotel though (but other exits) so if you’re on the end of the hallway by an exit, be prepared to walk back through the lobby to get back to your room.

The room was clean and adequate. For a 2 day stay with no housekeeping it would be nice to have a couple extra towels and wash cloths. Very sp****. Other than when we checked in and waited for the person to come from the back room, we never saw a staff person at the desk. The only staff we saw was in the breakfast area which was kept clean by the staff. Food was about on par with the hotel. The coffee was like hot water though.

A very nice clean motel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They had a full breakfast that was kept well stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

It was a great place to stay but the clerks need to improve the information they give their guests upon check in. For example guests should be notified that housekeeping only comes every 3rd day. We ran out of towels, sugar, cream, cups and tea and had to keep calling or going down to the front desk for our supplies. Had we known housekeeping wasn’t going to make up our room, we would have made adjustments to our schedule.
