My Godson has Celiac disease and when i asked the breakfast attendant about some of the foods that were out she was very knowledgeable about which items were gluten free and she went into kitchen and heated us up a special gluten free muffin which was delicious! That was awesome!

Great room. Quite hotel, there was an event down the hall from us (we were first floor) and we didn’t hear anything even though they were loud. Room was far bigger then expected and very clean. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was standard but well stocked. Staff was professional but not friendly. Location is also great easy to get on/off highway and several places for food. Shower was close to being a pressure washer it was so strong but good heat and space.

Loved this hotel. The staff was accommodating and nice. The location is perfect for access to local stores and restaurants. It’s also very close to the highway which makes for a great and easy commute.

We stayed to attend the Avett Bros NYE concert. Property was clean and check in was a breeze. Staff was exceptionally friendly and the Avett Bros music in lobby was a sweet touch. ♥️

Stay was decent. Housekeeping in the morning kept knocking on the door Even though I had put The sign sleeping in. At firdt I was ignoring it hoping that she would eventually see the sign and go Away. However, she never did and she continued on knocking. On the 5th round I jumped up and went to the door and replied “yesss! Do you not see the sign sheesh”. She then apologized but it was too late. I was furious as I did not appreciate being awakened at 9:30am when I clearly put the sign up.

When we got to the hotel, we were wowed. The room was large with a sitting area, nice size bathroom, and a walk-in closet. The issue was the door to the bathroom, which is directly across from the beds, was fogged glass. Every time someone went to the bathroom in the middle of the night, the light flooded the sleeping area. The sitting area was also separated from the sleeping area by fogged glass, so no one could be up later or early without disturbing everyone else. Who designed these rooms? Someone who doesn’t travel with other people? The hotel had a small, but nice pool. There was shooting water for the kids to play with, so they do want families there. I wish it had been warmer, but perhaps they turn off the heater an hour before closing to get folks out of the pool on time. No pool towels were available, and we were told we would have to wait 30 minutes. No one brought them over, so we had to go dripping wet into the lobby to try to find someone, which was our other issue. It was difficult to find someone at the front desk. I am guessing they are short staffed. Breakfast was the usual affair, but they did offer toppings for the eggs, waffles, and oatmeal which was really nice. They kept the food stocked well. Coffee at night was cold - very cold. The good? Our room was quiet. There were lots of outlets to plug in our chargers. The shower water was hot. If the hotel would just use a solid door for the bathroom, we would have been much happier.

Very comfortable sleeping accommodations with plenty of space to relax; breakfast was very tasty and more than adequate.

This is our second time to stay here on a vacation trip from Texas. Will definitely stay here again. Facility is nice and clean, rooms are nice, breakfast is very and good and the staff is always wonderful, helpful and friendly. This time we unfortunately lost our car key and didn't realize it until we got back home. Contacted them, Vanessa helped me and they had found it and are sending it back to me, Wow what a blessing. Good place and great folks.

The staff was very helpful and courteous!! Room was very comfortable including the beds. Breakfast was awesome and fresh! My only small complaint was coming back late from concert and there was no close parking. Had to park up top in a restaurant parking spot. I would stay there again; especially for a PNC arena event.
