The location is amazing but the hotel is horrible.the rooms are big but very old and outdated and smell very bad especially the bathroom sometimes no have water. There is no WIFI no TV.the breakfast is very poor and the restaurant is not clean.

It has the quality and service level of a cheap budget hotel. If that is your expectation then fine but do not expect anything more.

It is a bit pricy, reception are nice. To protect environment, it is best that hotel allow guest to bring theor own bottle and banned plastic bottle beverage.

Good vacation. But room hotel no wifi, no tv, no room phone. Communication breakdown. So sleep & go to the beach only..

I wouldn't expect facilities to be like in the city as it is a small island. I enjoyed my stay in Redang because of the island itself. But the only good thing about this hotel is the swimming pool with the view.
I wouldn't mind the room as it is if I had paid lesser. For the amount we paid, the hotel can do much better. Or the price should be lesser as it is not worth the amount we paid.
Room was spacious. Chose this hotel because they have a bathtub but it is under maintenance. Could have picked other cheaper hotels with no bathtubs. Bed is homestay standard, unlike usual hotels with comfy comforters. No phone to contact reception and no tv in the room. We are unsure if all hotels in Redang are like this so we were contented with what is available. But it definitely does not match with the price we paid.
For $200 per night, this hotel is not worth the money. Price doesn't match the standard of the room. But, I can say the staffs tried their best with what they can offer. Good customer service.

We were given an upper unit despite our request to have a ground floor room due to our elderly parents. Somehow the hotel manage to fullfil our request. It was just that no staf was available to help them carry their bags to the new room. Overall the room facilities is mediocre. No telephone in the room makes it difficult to contact the front desk.

Location is pretty good , is in front of a clean and wide sea , others than this , all are worst ....
1. The air-conditioner is not working well , very warm in the afternoon ! it's not cool enough in the hot and cloudy day ....This is the second time i stayed in this resort , my last experience was the same , air conditioner is not working well , damn hot ! all children need to wear singlet to sleep otherwise can't fall to sleep . I pretty sure NO third time stay at here .
2. No towel provided , I have to walk to counter to ask for it , but the answer always delay and told us is high demand of towel , we need to wait !
3. The intercom is out of service , everything we need we have to walk to the counter ...
4. TV can't watch unless we rent a USB driver for recoded program only , deposit RM 50
5. No cleaning service everyday unless WE ASK FOR IT
6. The toilet in restaurant really dirtyyyyy .....
NO MAINTENANCE AT ALL ...

房間是一個小屋子，走兩步就直接到海灘。這點很棒，那個湖已經沒有更換水了，設施比較陳舊衹能説還能用，偶爾會跳閘斷電。床有點高，能睡。早餐的話你懂的，能吃。無論如何，島是很美的。訂不到隔壁拉古娜衹好定這裏，總體來説能接受。
