Lovely hotel,Food was fantastic always something for every taste, rooms cleaned everyday,free water everyday,tea and coffee with kettle in our room,safe was included the room we stayed in was very quiet 254,always sun beds at pools was given a card to change pool towels everyday Pepes snacks at poolside,drinks available all day and night,will definitely be back loved our stay.

It is 4am and I am currently staying at this hotel. Just woke up to the realisation that I am in a big fancy room with basically the clothes I was wearing my nightclothes and my phone. Told if I leave the room then I ain’t getting back in. This review is nothing against the hard working staff of this hotel and the amount of people that TUI pack in to it these guys work their socks off hope they are getting paid a decent wage. TUI advertise this as a ‘Platinum’ hotel but don’t let that fool you. What that means is you get cheap everything all inclusive. Check out the definitions of TUI hotels on Google. Anyway after having indulged in the cheap all inclusive and returning to our basic garden view room 411 next to the Vulcano disco we discovered our bathroom was flooded. We contacted reception and obviously at that time of night no maintenance people were available. The guy at reception was very apologetic but basically we were told either put up with it or we can move you to probably the only other available room (it was mobbed with new people) but if you leave that room you won’t get back in! Hence I am sitting in my penthouse apartment prison with no access to any of my belongings. There was no way we could have stayed in our booked room tonight it was an absolute hazard and inhabitable. So will stick it out tonight to see how the hotel deal with this in a few hours. Rui whoever answers your reviews please do put the usual platitudes on Trip Advisor this is beyond that. One very unhappy customer ☹️

What can I say lovely hotel so clean great facilities , friendly staff throughout great entertainment and activities, great location, would definitely like to go back .

This hotel is in a great location. 10 minutes from airport and on the seafront. Gate from hotel onto seafront with option of walking to the left to Los pocillos and Matagorda or right to Puerto del Carmen. Regular buses to different resorts. Great customer service, from reception and porters (took our cases to our room), bar staff, restaurant staff, cleaners and animation team who spoke to everyone. Lots of activities all day. Choice of entertainment in evenings. Free safe, free pool towels, free bottled water. 5 english channels on tv. One thing to be aware of is that this is 2 hotels on one site and if you are in the quiet side it is quite a walk to main hotel. Both hotels have a pool and food and drink. Main hotel has 24 hour bar with snacks near reception which is great because there's not the chaos of people getting multiple drinks at closing. We would definitely return if we could be in main building. Small negative is towels in bathroom were really poor quality

Just returned home from a week at this amazing hotel. We enjoyed it so much that we have already booked to come back again in August. The rooms are spacious and clean, we had a room with a sea view which was lovely. There are plenty of sun-beds round the pool, people did save them with towels but even if you came at lunch time, there was still some sun-beds available. There is a lot of variety with food, we only ate in the buffet restaurant but that was lovely. The snack bar by the pool was also handy with foods such as chips, sausages, nuggets. There are so many different activities like archery, volleyball, darts, yoga, aqua fit. The shows in the evening were amazing. The entertainment team are brilliant - especially Meggie and Amy. They are all so friendly. All the staff at the hotel are friendly. We had an amazing week, see you in August!

This is our 5th time staying at this hotel. Arrived on 13th May for 2 weeks and allocated room 317 by the very polite and efficient receptionist. Room was cleaned to a high standard every day. Towels and sheets changed when requested. Food in both main restaurant and Asian very good with plenty of choice. Excellent waiting staff especially Benito who went above and beyond to please everyone. Bar area and entertainment good. Plenty of sunbeds. All staff were very happy and helpful. The only negative is that other tourists think it's acceptable to smoke and vape outside of the designated smoking areas. Unfortunately the hotel do nothing to deter this. Maybe if there was more signage people would adhere to the rules. All in all we had a good holiday and are looking forward to our 6th visit in November.

We absolutely love everything about this hotel. This is the third time that I have visited with my daughter and granddaughter, having previously stayed with my husband. The grounds and pool areas are spotlessly clean. All the staff are pleasant, friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Good choice of food, we enjoyed eating in the Asian and Canadian restaurant. The entertainment team are the best and work so hard to entertain the children and adults too. My granddaughters favourites are Martin and Meggie . We would definitely recommend this hotel and can’t wait to return next year.

Got home yesterday, Closer to a 2 star although we enjoyed the holiday its very misleading. There is policys at the hotel that should be clearly advertised.. i.e no childrens floats aloud in the pool (which may i add they sell inside the shops resort) no ball games and every time the kids were just having some fun they were rudely confronted by the lifeguard staff. There are 5 plus pools in the hotels they claim a small rubber ring to support your children with swimming (supervised is dangerous) but full grown men wrestling in the pool right next to them was ok? ... different rules different days with different staff... and was a very messy structure Very little of the hotel staff could speak or understand the english language which also made things quite frustrating especially after being confronted around the hotels inconsistent rule structure. The entertainment area and bars cant withstand the clientel in may, a lot of people were watching the shows standing up outside the building through a little door and if you wanted a seat in a non aircon sweaty room you'd have to sacrifice a hour out of your evening to get seats and wait inside a silent room. The hotel is clean and the food has a wide variety range but not up to Riu standard in my opinion along with the night entertainment The room was great and the beds are comerfertable. Id recommended it as a adult holiday but if your taking any children id hugely consider somewhere more child friendly. There are lots of other families dissapointed like us
