Best hotel by far from all the hotels I booked through ******* for my Mexico trip, staff was very courteous and helpful, 1st time ever a hotel gave us an upgrade , hotel was very well located , very clean , room was so spacious , totally loved it . Passengers will not go wrong staying at this hotel

The property is wonderfully done, the staff were helpful and very personable, the bedroom and bath spacious and beautifully appointed, and the location terrific. I loved my stay and was very glad i chose Cartesiano - though i didn't access the wellness features which are a central feature of this hotel.
A couple of minor quibbles - a little more strategically placed light in the room, which is rather dark and cave-like (which was a positive thing) would be nice; the labyrinthian layout would have made a simple property map helpful - or perhaps even wall signage (it wasn't til my third and last day to figure out the layout), and i heard another guest say the same; and the fact that the in-room Information about the hotel and its services was only available on the tele was somewhat annoying; i wonder if it is all that ecologically preferable to a reference book in the room. But those are small things, overall i highly recommend Cartesiano and should i return to Puebla would absolutely book it again.

Cartesiano was fantastic and a wonderful surprise. Located in the heart of the historic center of Puebla, this is a warm wellness hotel and spa in a beautiful historic building. We loved the architecture and the room. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We loved how peaceful the whole hotel was and our comfortable suite. Our favorite part of this hotel had to be its central location. Every store, restaurant and venue that we wanted to visit was within walking distance, and we felt safe walking there during the day or night. Would highly recommend and look forward to visiting again!

The rooms were beautiful and incredibly comfortable. The property is so beautiful and relaxing. It is the best place to decompress and relax. The meditation and yoga rooms were impressive and the spa services amazing.

Beautiful hotel built with sections of an old convent and an old factory. Rooftop pool and restaurant. Within walking distance to Zocalo. The staff was professional and very hospitable, from Ricardo at the front desk, to Enrique at the restaurant, to Daniel the valet/bellhop. Just a great experience!
