Kyoto Boutique Hotel

I am okay with the hotel environment although the location is quite far away from the centre of city but the price is attractive.☺️

There are many good food near the hotel and it is quite close to Senibong cove

The rooms are really not as good as the picture shows! There's smell and the lights are flickering Aircon is weak Not all rooms have windows making the smell even worse Not worth it even though for the cheap price

hotel was relatively clean but the room have a weird smell and found a dead cockroach inside.

DONT BOOK GUYS. Don't be fooled by the pictures. :( honestly me and my partner were really disappointed as the whole stay was greatly different than what we expected. Firstly, the picture shows the room that we booked to have windows. Reality: No windows at all. Secondly, we bought in cup noodles thinking we could have a snack in the room but guess what? There wasn't even a kettle in the room. Kettle is provided, yes, but only 1 SHARED kettle at the check in counter downstairs :/ Third, the locker was faulty and honestly it would be such a headache for us travellers as lets say we wanna go out to get some food or take a stroll and we don't want to carry so much stuff, we won't be able to have the convenience/ sense of security putting our passport in the room :( Forth, this is the point where we got ultimatly disappointed.. the thin shower towels looks like the kind where people had used it for decades, doesn't look clean at all with random stains and a strong smelly odor even came from one of the towels.. 🤢 Wanted to ask for an extra pillow but wouldn't even dare to take the extra pillow as the pillows were squished on a 'pillow rack' at the main counter area.. who knows if it is washed, many people has probably touched it, dust is probably coating on the pillows..🤢🤢 strongly recommend not to book this place. Smoke can also be smelled throughout the corridors and inside the room.. really hard to relax and its even worse that me and my partner felt unwell during the overnight stay 🥲 never coming back again.

A nice hotel for short stay. A minor hiccup at the counter as the key given for the room cannot be unlock. Then we went down to the receptiob for an exchange and the sane thing happened. At last, she decided to just change a new room and key for us.

cleanliness is soso, bedsheets, towels and blankets were washed with perfumed scented detergent. Noticeable small stains were seen but it was mostly due to age so it was acceptable. However the toilet bowl had stains in it which was quite disgusting 😅 location was good as it was close to many food stores and coffee shops. Parking was okay as there were many lots (for singaporeans who drive in). but be careful not to park at certain lots which required you to pay. Staff was friendly for the one who served me when i checked in didnt get her name but saw many reviews there were certain unfriendly staff which im thankful i didnt kena 😅 Overall the hotel was worthed the price paid for a night stay! just a little far from the customs 🫤 for mummies with babies theres a shop nearby where you can shop for your kids!
