Where do I start, this has been the worst holiday I have had ever and I have travelled the world, my last holiday was of ikos standard and this was awful. I booked this for a break away from my training as a doctor and needed respite also it was our 20th anniversary. I should have realized from the start when I emailed directly to the hotel 4 times asking for info about how we could make this trip special and had no reply at all! Arrival was ok with staff Alberto but after that it went downhill We ordered 2 corona and was given two drinks in bottles and took to poolside to be told by the (inconsistent) lifeguard? We could not have glass near the pool but after looking around we saw many with glasses of beer and cups? And none were told off!. In the 2nd day we noticed huge mould and smelled damped near the bed side table, we spoke directly to reception to two ladies one with blonde hair and another older staff member and showed them pictures of the wall. Next day nothing was done so contacted tui and they reported it to hotel 3 times so now on day 4 - hotel visited us to check the problem after tui had nagged them repeatedly and they advised that they hadn’t been told! I am noticing a theme with this hotel and previous reviews mmmmmm. Well we tried to mention it and asked tui to change hotels all negative, no pool service, have to wait ages for a drink, area outside is AWFUL, young teens passing out and being sick. why doesn’t tui tell you of this, also no offered compensation or drink or anything just heh we were found out after I nagged tui to nag the hotel, do u want to change rooms now after 4 days! And dont reply with a marketing comment, where are the manager’s replies? And dont say you could have told us as I did. And now we are being forced to fly home early and pay for it! Thus hotel should not be advertised in any UK tui website
