After seeing so many negative reviews about this hotel, we were really nervous for our holiday. However we were pleasantly surprised and had a really good time here. We arrived quite late after delays in the airport but the reception desk has someone there 24HRS which made it really easy to check in. We were aware before booking that it was €100 per person deposit for the room, we expected to be paying €400 as there was 4 of us but it is capped at €200. We also hired a safe for the week which was €4 per day. The room was as shown on the pictures simple but did everything you need it to do, we didn’t use the cooking facilities as we ate out all the time but they provided everything you needed if you decided this was the option you want. As there was 4 of us there was the main bedroom which slept 2 and a sofa bed which also slept to, the sofa bed was comfy but you could feel the effects on your back towards the end of the holiday, the main bed however was like sleeping in a bed at home soft and comfy. We stayed on the 1st floor so our balcony was an open space, but didn’t feel intrusive when other people were on their balcony. We didn’t mind this because we has 2 sun loungers outside the double doors and there were more stacked around the back of the building we could help ourselves too. I can see why other people may be concerned on the other levels as the balcony’s looked a little small but I can’t comment on them as we didn’t see them properly. The pool is small but refreshing, we went in low season so it wasn’t busy but you aren’t far from the beach which is where we spent most our time. The communal areas were kept clean. We did notice a couple of places where people had either been sick or spilt something but it was cleaned very quickly after mentioning it to the reception. This hotel is in a really good location and there is lots of little bars around this can be impact the sound you can hear in your room but it isn’t too loud you can use ear plugs if it’s something you aren’t keen on. Overall we were really happy with our stay and the accommodation it’s not 5* but it’s a good base and we would go there again if the opportunity presents.

Was here for 4 nights, 1 bedroom apartment, nice and clean, didn’t like balcony, if you were sitting down you were staring at a concrete wall, no sun on balcony at any time, no room at pool to sit but we did use the roof terrace. Would I return, no.

I was absolutely dreading going on this holiday with all the reviews and had asked the travel agent if we could change ! We had a great time and yes the hotel is maybe set out a little strange but the apartment was modern, clean and perfectly acceptable to stay in for a week !! On arrival you are told that you need to leave a deposit for breakages which is fair enough as I suspect some clientele aren’t always the most respectable of people ! Your towels get changed every three days and this is fine for the price we paid ,knowing this before we went we did actually take a couple of our own towels ! She came on the third day with towels and a loo roll ! 😊 The supermarket is literally downstairs and tbh we bought a pack of four so we didn’t worry about not having any for €1.95 it was worth it. The sheets get changed every 5 days and again this was also ok. It was right in the heart of everything which was great, although maybe as a middle aged person I would have liked the karaoke to have finished before 3am haha ! If you want a lively holiday then stay here as I’m sure you would be out until the early hours. The only downside for us was the pool was in a very awkward position in the hotel but we still went in it! The reception staff, called us a taxi to the airport on the last day no bother ! They were great and never had any issues with any other guests. Walls are a bit thin in the rooms so be aware of this! The rooms were equipped with a lot of kitchen appliances so some mornings we had toast and eggs and a coffee before venturing out. All in all don’t worry it’s not treat bad and yes would probably stay here again

Arrived early but nice lady at desk allowed us into our room Room clean and apart from a few marks on paint work. Beds comfy and as we were staying for only 4 nights didn't expect to get fresh towels but did in day 2 Sun beds outside room no view but we were aware if this .we were on side of building and near the pool.went to see the Sun terrace on roof,rooms on level 3 open on to this but also other sun beds available Small pool next to street this was spoilt by a group of boys one day drinking and jumping in pool with total disregard for children and they left beer bottles at pool Great central location, supermarket next door,good places to eat near by Would go back but would want first or third floor apartment Staff very helpful and as late flight home was able to leave luggage securely and also shower available if required

the hotel was a shambles from the staff to the condition of the rooms, the maids didn’t clean any of our rooms the full 5 days we were there, lots of clothes went missing, cash, bags, trainers, avoid this place like the plague it’s an absolute den

Dreadful experience. From the moment we checked in to the moment we left 24 hours later had nothing but appalling customer service. Shower in room would not drain away so bathroom was flooded so could only have one shower. Woken up at 4 o’clock in the morning by people next door shouting at one another, but the staff did nothing about it and then checking out this morning they did not apologise at all.

Me and one of my friends stayed here on a girls holiday to Tenerife. Check in was straight forward - even with it being late at night. Had to pay €100 deposit in case of breakages - we paid this in cash. Rooms were quite easy to find. Downside is rooms don’t have balconies. Room itself was very clean and modern, with air con, WiFi. Short walk into centre of Las Americas and to the beach. Pool area small but we managed to get beds no problem. On check in explained rooms aren’t cleaned every day but on day three we needed new towels and these were provided no problem. Check out was easy and got deposit straight back. Would definitely stay again!

On first arrival at hotel it looked really clean, book in process was fine but had to pay €150 as a deposit for and breakages. Pool area really small with sunbeds in short supply, if you are on the ground floor you will be fine as each room looks like it has its own sunbeds allocated but the issue is that people on the other floors take the small number of beds from the pool and put them outside there room leaving approx 6 beds free which for the size of the hotel is just madness. If you want clean towels, bedding etc after 3 or 5 days then you get charged €40 per person. The rooms are not laid out great, there is no door on the bedroom therefore when my sister or brother in law got up for the toilet then they had to come into my room to get there. No issue with noise, really quiet at night so getting a sleep was no issue. If you want to get your deposit back amongst a long list your bin had to be emptied before departure, only issue is the small bins around the hotel are not for putting bin bags in therefore a lot of rubbish being left at the side which is not great as it could attract vermin. The size of the pool and area around it is not adequate for the amount of rooms. Not the worst but wouldn’t rush back. Paid £112pp per night which I would have expect more. Had a small veranda which you could hardly see over the tall wall but no table or chairs on it anyway so no option to sit out. Hotel details 2 pools but only 1 available.

Basic but clean and tidy. Was a smell around toilet and shower of drains. But smelt it around resort too. There was no noise heard from our room at night. Couldn’t get round pool, but got a bed on the rooftop Was 4 in a 1 bed apartment, but we managed on sofa bed, it was very comfy
