Facilities wise I would probably rate it 3 star but the staff are all lovely and make a difference. Our room on the 3rd floor missed out on beach views - not sure whether those on the front of the building get a view or whether it’s blocked by the building in front. However too was very clean and the bedroom spacious but let down by a bathroom so snug you almost needed to stand with one foot in the bidet to dry yourself. Good breakfast included and spacious courtyard to sit around in. It does have a lift - helps with those suitcases. It’s in the “new” area of Monterosso which I think is better for accommodation. Set back maybe 50m from the beach and an easy walk from the train station

การจองก็ใช้ได้ มาถึงเช็คอินเยี่ยมมาก ที่จอดรถค่อนข้างท้าทายนิดหน่อย (จอดในที่จอดรถสาธารณะใต้ดินใกล้ๆ เสียค่าคืน 15 ยูโร) บนพื้นผิวโรงแรมดูดี ล็อบบี้ นอกโรงแรม บาร์ ฯลฯ ระวังขนของรถออกไปนอกโรงแรมเพราะค่อนข้างจะติดถนน ลิฟท์เป็นแบบเก่า เล็กมาก และเราจําเป็นต้องทําสองรอบ ห้องพักค่อนข้างเก่าแต่เราได้นอนหลับสบายในคืน ห้องน้ําก็ใหญ่มาก มีผ้าเช็ดตัวดี และแรงดันอาบน้ําที่ดี เราคงให้คะแนน 4 เต็ม 5 แต่ไม่มี internet ในคืนที่เราพัก บาร์บริการที่ฉันได้ internet ในที่สุดก็บริการได้ ยอดเยี่ยมมาก ไม่ได้สัมผัสอาหารเช้าเนื่องจากเรามีขับรถไกลในวันรุ่งขึ้น

Kamers en badkamer zijn zeer proper maar een beetje gedateerd. Ook de buitenkant van het hotel kan een opfrisbeurt gebruiken. Ontbijt was goed en uitgebreid genoeg,zeker naar Italiaanse normen. Personeel aan het onthaal en eetruimte was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam en stond ons in zowel Engels als Frans te woord. Goede en stabiele wifi: 60Mbps Enige en grootste nadeel: dunne muren dus je kon mensen op de gang en in de kamer naast je horen, alsof ze ook in jouw kamer zaten...geluidsisolatie liet dus de wensen over. Maar al bij al goed hotel om de buurt te verkennen: Cinque Terre, Pisa, Lucca,... In de buurt van het hotel is echter weinig te beleven maar voordeel is dat het een rustige omgeving is (buiten het lawaai van de andere gasten:) )
