Great, historical hotel in a nice location. Hotel clearly needs maintenance. The door of our restaurant couldn’t be closed so very unpleasant. Breakfast was good, although preferred to have more savory options. We requested a room on the higher floors but got one which was on the first floor and quite noisy. Still, probably this is the best hotel in Palermo, but there’s room to really improve things for the guests.

An absolute gem of a place! The service was simply exceptional—our host waited up for us until a very, very late hour to ensure we checked in smoothly. The breakfast was varied and inviting, and having cold water available at all times was such a thoughtful touch. It truly felt like a home away from home, and the location is unbeatable; we didn't need a taxi once during our stay. Highly recommended!

ดีมาก สวย และเป็นระเบียบมาก แต่ตอนกลางคืนไม่มีใครอยู่ที่แผนกต้อนรับ อย่าลืมติดต่อเวลามาถึงและวิธีการเปิดประตูล่วงหน้า อย่างอื่นดีหมด ไม่มีอะไรเลวร้าย

นี้เป็นสถานที่ที่ดีที่จะอยู่ ห้องใหญ่ในอาคารเก่าแก่ บริการกาแฟและของว่างในพื้นที่ส่วนกลาง ห้องน้ำในตัวที่ดี ทำเลสะดวกมาก 70 เมตรจากสถานีกลาง

A good clean hotel near in a residential district with cafes and a park within walking distance. Appreciated welcome from reception.

นอกพื้นที่ ZTL ใกล้กับอาราม St. John's ทางเข้าเป็นถนนจอดรถฟรีข้างทาง ทางที่ดีควรสอบถามพนักงานโรงแรมเพื่อยืนยันว่าพื้นที่จอดรถเหมาะสมหรือไม่ ไม่แนะนำสำหรับเพื่อนที่ไม่ได้ขับเอง ท้ายที่สุดพวกเขาอยู่ที่ขอบเมือง

On the arrival day, the owner never sent me a message on how or where to check in. Luckily, i am smart enough to google and ask people on the building. Finally, I managed to find my way to the unit after hours of finding it. The lady owner didn't bother to apologise that they didn't send any message, but well, just one night, so i didn't bother it much.

Немного уставший вид, однако очень даже аутентично. Чисто, опрятно. Центр. Рядом пешеходная улица с магазинами, а также рестораны, мороженое, недалеко 24/7 большой супермаркет Familia. Недалеко от автобуса с/до аэропорта, автобуса до пляжа Монделло. Есть холодильник, вода в номере есть, но только изначально. Воду горячую нужно чуть подождать, чтобы нагрелась. В целом, рекоменду.

DONT WASTE TIME AND REACH EVERY PAET OF PALERMO BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT in front of Central Train station 2 minutes away.. Even fanous MONDELLO BEACH YOU MUST HE LUCKY TO BE CONFIRMED A ROOM
