國慶住的佈施。首先，服務，超級好！幾個細節：1.夜裡十一二點到，前台小夥已提前到提車場等候，全程幫忙提箱背包，經過坎坷路段，即使行李箱很重也會主動拎起，貼心細節難得。2.早餐用餐時，還是這位優秀帥氣的藏族小夥，會在旁邊耐心介紹周邊景點，民宿文化，以及為我們接下來行程提一些建設性意見。全程既不聒噪也很細緻，分寸感恰到好處。其次，飲食，超預期。早餐種類不算很多但足夠，有糌粑、雞蛋、熱牛奶、番茄、粥等，覆蓋碳水蛋白質維生素，乾淨健康。定的套餐，含一頓火鍋，本以為是什麼隨便糊弄的贈品，結果所有食材都可以免費續，是所有，包含厚切的氂牛肉。隨口問了下店裡的售賣的茶，就幫我們倒上一大壺品嚐。隨便提一下，白杜鵑茶口感很好。最後，不足之處。1.佈施房門鎖壞了，沒法完全鎖上。2.衞生間整體狀況不佳，包括沒有三分離，衞生一般等，但這在當地可能是個共性問題。説這説些能改進的吧：淋浴衹有頂噴且水壓不大，建議加裝手持花灑；淋浴下水緩慢，洗完澡衹能淌水出來，建議維修。3.二店展示售賣品不少，含藏香、茶、飾品等，但整體價格偏高。總結，民宿總體不錯，但受限於當地旅遊條件，也存在一些難以忽視的硬傷。這樣説吧，單看二店的售賣品，像2000的民宿；服務像1000的民宿；衞生間像300的民宿。

We absolutely loved our stay at 山古民宿 Shangu Homestay. The room was spacious, well presented in ******* style, and kept wonderfully warm with underfloor heating. The window-side lounge area was so cozy that we didn’t want to leave after three nights. Dinner was a highlight—the ******* hotpot was delicious, with fresh yak meat, vegetables, and noodles. Breakfast included fruit, ******* butter tea, and tsampa, giving us a real taste of local traditions. The host was incredibly welcoming and shared fascinating stories about ******* culture, nomadic life, and even how to make incense. During our stay, it snowed heavily, and our children had a fantastic time playing in the snow with the host. It was not just accommodation, but a cultural journey filled with warmth and unforgettable memories. We are from Singapore, My son and I had one night satisfying stay in Yanou Sangke Camp . It is located on a beautiful and tranquil grassland. Lying comfortably in the clean and cozy wooden cabin, we could gaze out the window and enjoy the rolling mountains in the distance and the lush greenery nearby. Beside the cabin flows a winding river, its water moving gently and sparkling under the sunlight. Everything felt so peaceful, relaxing, and idyllic. The camp owner and staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming. They helped transport our luggage to the cabin. The cabin restaurant was also charming and cozy, allowing guests to enjoy delicious meals while admiring the scenic views outside the window. In the evening, there was a campfire gathering at 8 p.m., which added to the wonderful atmosphere. Even my son, who is usually quite particular and hard to please when it comes to accommodation, was extremely satisfied with our stay here. 燕鸥桑科营地位于美丽而静谧的草原上， 躺在干净整洁的木屋里， 看窗外，远处山峦起伏， 近处绿意盎然。 木屋旁有一条曲折的小河， 河水缓缓流过， 河面上闪着细碎的光！ 一切是那么的美好而松弛！ 营地老板和服务人员都很热情 ，把我们的行李拉到木屋， 木屋餐厅也很温馨， 用餐的同时可以欣赏窗外的风景。晚上8 点也有篝火晚会 。 非常满意的住宿 , 强力推荐👍👍👍

If you’re looking for an authentic, personal experience with warm and welcoming hosts rather than a generic chain hotel, this is the perfect place to stay. The hosts went above and beyond to make my visit exceptional. They arranged a private yak butter tea-making class with a local ******* woman, recommended excellent local restaurants, and even gifted me a thoughtful local souvenir. The room itself was comfortable and equipped with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The location is ideal for anyone seeking peace and quiet, making it especially well-suited for a restful getaway while visiting the monastery. The tranquil surroundings ensured a great night’s sleep every night. The hosts also offer convenient transportation to nearby attractions, which made exploring the area effortless. Their hospitality and attention to detail truly set this place apart. I would recommend staying here without hesitation.

The location is quite far from the bus station, and unfortunately as it was peak season no taxi could take us due to the traffic jam - our only option was to walk the 3km with our bags. There are not many restaurants very close by as it is in a very quiet part of the city. However the location is very convenient for visiting the monastery, just a short walk away. The window for the room looks into the internal courtyard, which you need to be conscious of in regards to privacy.

The staff and surroundings were excellent. The hotel itself is a mixed bag: a beautiful lobby but the room itself was disappointing: quite dirty, with a desperate need of a renovation. We also received a very dirty towel. The curtains and bed sheets had holes in them.

I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend staying here. The hotel is right next to the entrance of the monastery and most rooms have a nice view of the lively main street and the mountains behind. The rooms also have built-in heating so the room is not cold during the colder months. The bed is very comfortable. Staff doesn’t always speak English but they are very friendly. The hotel is a little bit outdated, but I think it is one of the best places to stay in Xiahe because of the location and it offers everything you need.
