The pool and staff were amazing. No fault of quality Inn... Loud disrespectful hockey players there. Kids playing ball hockey in the hall way which wasn't even the issue it was the late night parents drinking in the hallway outside our door till 2 a.m. then they were uo ar 7

Walls are paper thin therefore you hear everything. Safety chain on the door was broken. The tub had not been properly cleaned. It looks like the place is falling apart.

It was ok. Did not experience breakfast or pool, so cannot comment. Check in and check out, easy and professional. We did feel that the hotel seems to have a lot of rooms, many of which seemed empty, but we were placed right next door to other guests. Thin walls, we could hear them talking. Would have been nicer to have been placed 1 room apart.

Not impressed that the room rate dropped significantly (down from $169/night to $111/night) but still had to pay the higher rate.

It’s ok… older needs looked after a bit better better Renos ..some updates seem to have been in place but seemed rushed paint jobs.. etc not the best and it’s not a quiet hotel you can hear everything ..
