"When we opened the door with the code we were emailed we found an unmade bed and a room that wasn't ready. This was at 4pm, an hour after check-in. Calls to Bruce, the proprietor went to voice mail . When he called back he was very nonchalant, said he would send someone to make up the room. When I said I needed to shower and get ready for dinner an our play, he did offer the room across the hall to shower and change, which we did, but it was very inconvenient. We were offered no compensation from Bruce . The ladies at the taco shop around the corner and the housekeeper offered us drinks. Bruce needs to go back to hospitality school I have NEVER had such poor customer service without being offered some type of compensation. This guy barely apologized. I have friends in Stratford who know alot of people and are passing on our experience."

"Our third visit to Ambassador Inn Next Door (next door to the B&B). This time we had the first floor apartment at the back, so fewer steps. Bedroom has 2 twin beds instead of a king, but the rest of the apartment was pretty much the same as the 2nd floor above. Nicely stocked kitchen, refrigerator, toaster, etc. Filtered water dispenser, large bathroom. Extremely convenient to walk to any of the theaters and restaurants."
