Toxotis Hotel

We have just returned from an amazing 2 weeks at the Toxotis. All staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Demetri the manager. He was always available for staff and guests and making sure everyone was enjoying their holiday. Any requests or issues addressed immediately. Marcel the entertainer was so good with adults and children alike and always smiling. The only thing I would change is the children’s food options as my son is a fussy eater and some days just ate chips. We had a great holiday and look forward to returning asap!

Have just returned from a 10 day stay here with my daughter and one of my friends, room we had was small but ok, no drawers for anything so had to live out of our suitcases which was not a problem as such just means we had less space! Pool area was lovely always able to get a sunbed and they were comfy, bar was good staff work very hard, the stairs from the pool bar could do with a handrail as we had a downpour one day and I slipped on the stairs , the pool also could do with a handrail Food was ok could of been hotter and not lukewarm, cater for most taste we found the breakfast poor , could of been much better pastries were dry Dimitri was so lovely we had the same table for lunch and dinner , he also remembered our drinks had a laugh with him . Reception were ok some staff never smiled but in the whole the staff were very pleasant and worked so hard. There are a family and some cats that visit throughout the day and night , they are stray cats but well kept as everyone feeds them, we did feed them every night with cat food, such lovely cats . Hotel is in a great spot, have a few bars and restaurants down the road , bus stops right outside to take you to Protaras, Ayia napa If you visit go to the windmills pub have tribute nights which were ok. We enjoyed our stay here and would defo come back , thank you to all for making our stay fab

Lovely clean hotel with excellent staff the room was lovely and clean. Various food available and themed nights ie Italian, Asian, Mexican etc. lovely comfortable sunbed with lots of room in between. Only thing was no storage drawers in rooms. Dimitri in hotel was so attentive and made us most welcome. Would definitely return to this hotel again.

We have just returned from Toxotis Hotel we enjoyed our stay. The bedroom are really nice kept clean and change of towels most days .There were facilities on the al ony to dry washing which was great. Tha pool was really nice a tad chilly but that's normal only problem we had was no hand rail into pool and steps l need to be painted different colour always able to get sunbed . Pool bar was really good for any drinks plus coffees.staff were really nice The dining room was big with plenty of tables food was good lots of variety but needs to be kept hotter. not keen on luke warm . Staff were lovely in dinning room and reception . We would probably stay again thank you .

Lovely stay at this hotel. Staff are lovely and attentive to guests. Rooms are a good size, the domestic staff clean everyday. We had an issue with the safe not opening, which was quickly rectified. I unfortunately had a fall across the road from the hotel, which resulted in a nights stay in a hospital. The staff of the hotel were lovely on my return. Food was lovely and plentiful, only downfall is that it could have been a bit warmer, which staff were made aware of. Overall, a lovely stay.

Having spent the last 10days here it was a great experience . The staff were very attentive and friendly , a special big shout out for Demetrius who was welcoming and helpful nothing was too much trouble for him. We will be back . Thank you ………..

Amazing wiev from 404, booth ways, pool and seawiev, will come back. The hotek lays perfect for busses to Aya Napa and the other way up to paralimni, very cheap tickets on the busses, 1.5€ per person no matter how long you are traveling! The hotel room was amazing, cleaning every day and helpfull staff.

The location is quite nice not to busy not to quiet. We where in room 104. We booked late check out as well. The all inclusive option is very good and there was lots of choice. A different dish or theme every mealtime so we where quite impressed. All the staff where friendly and attentive. We had a slight issue with ants on or balcony and at the doors from the balcony into our room but this was dealt with swiftly and that's literally the only issue we had. I would return to this location and would recommend this hotel to others. Thanks for having us Guys.

first let me say we have stayed in 4*accomadation that been no where as good as this hotel.The food was very good,no problems what so ever.breakfast food was plentifull and similar to what any normal person would eat back home.lunch time food was absolutely beautiful and served in the restaurant followed later (if your still hungry)by burgers,chips etc at the pool bar,cooked to order.then evening themed diner is served at 6pm in the restaurant,again absolutely delicious.The rooms are comfortable and cleaned daily,the beds are hard but did suit us.i know that this might not be every bodies cup of tea.the only down side with the room is there are no drawers etc to put any of your clothes in so you have to put them on an available shelf or leave them in your case,not very good,but that was the only down side we found with the room.the only other niggle we had was a hand rail needs putting up either side of the steps up to the pool bar.i read the reveiws before choosing this hotel and forget the really negative ones they really are not accurate,some people moan about nowte and what they eat back home ill never know.we had a brilliant holiday and would definately visit again.stop moaning and get a life.
