Very nice hotel with a beautiful view on the mountains and good breakfast

Nice place …it is next to a steam and nestled in valley ….boutique set up is ***ned by nicest of staff …network is an issue May be because it is in valley but wifi too is weak …rest everything is excellent

This was not a family friendly hotel and will list down the exact reasons: Pros: 1. Staff behaviour was nice and caring. 2. Room was decent 3. Food was ok Cons ( not in their control) 1. The location of the resort is not just far ~25km from Rishikesh, the Terran is also very hilly, unsafe and almost jam-packed. Took me almost 2 hours from Rishikesh to reach this place. 2. The river next to resort has dried up and there is construction going on in-front, hence not an expected ambiance. Cons( completely in control and the reason for 1 star) 1. There is party almost every with loud noise till late 10:30. Had to argue to get it shutdown to let my kid have some sleep. I wanted to book a resort for some piece which was not at all there. 2. Wifi will not work at all. Whatever they will say and try bit it doesn't work. 3. Worst part is people are drinking and smoking in the lawn which is infront of rooms. Felt like am in a bar. This is not what i paid for and wanted my kid to see and feel. 4. Parking is way too congested with construction going on and gets trouble some to park. 5. No medical facility like basic stomach medicines or ointments. Overall not a property where i will visit again or recommend to any family.

With negligible signage this is light years away from Rishikesh ..incredibly difficult to reach with construction and trash surrounding the property, it’s a mini gem surrounded by the mountains. If overpriced rooms and substandard food is your thing.. you are in for a treat.. What makes it unique is there is nothing in the neighbourhood that one can purchase .. the sole dependence on the property to deliver everything makes it even more worth it ..

SUPER - nice place, good servis, tasty eating, interesing neighberhood, kindly people. Clean room, good weather, smile around. I was for the first time in India, and I was very happy. Thank you for nice residency. :)))))))))))))))))))))

We had visited justa rasa for two days since the property is out of the city but all the round surrounded by hills and best place for relaxing lovers The most loving thing which makes me to give 5 star rating and forces me to visit the property again is the behaviour of kitchen staff specially Mr. Naresh singh ( F&B captain ) and Mr. Mukesh singh ( chef executive ) they both are most cooperative and supporting and they understand the taste of customers Thanks to whole team

Very good hospitality nice food and peaceful place I enjoy with my family staff is considerate and accommodating facilities like pool and spa are available Kid friendly property but area wise it's not that sufficient although great experience

It's a newly built property, approximately an hour's drive from Tapovan area. Location is slightly tricky as there a small board pointing to the turn which needs to be taken to go across the river to reach here. Property is newly built and therefore its refreshing to stay. But it has ***y a shortcomings too to qualify as a luxury property. First of all the river view itself... the river in front of the resort is all but dried up. The narrow stream which was flowing at the far end, was difficult to reach and had animal dung and other filth littered on the approach. Second, it's not a 'resort'. It's not a huge property, just a set of one building with few rooms on two floors and few cottages in a U shape... not much area to hang around or explore. Swimming pool is small, I mean if one extended family is using it, other guests will have to wait till they are out. They have no one to enforce any rules, people were using it in their normal worn clothes and some guests using it well past midnight, disturbing others. No other activities to do... And the biggest letdown was the service and F & B. Since it's located slightly far off the busy place, almost everyone takes the plan with meals included. But their F & B department is not at all staffed or trained to offer decent service. The ***ager was too rigid to accommodate any food requests, even when almost half of the occupants wanted it. The quality of food was good, but variety was poor. One had to wait too long for everything. Overall, they need to pull up their socks if they want to call it an experience. I won't be revisiting anytime soon.

Awesome ambiance with great place to spend good time, staff is very good and supporting. Nice infrastructure, good options to choose between buffet or menu for foods. Check in was smooth and fast. The room and toilet/bathrooms were clean. Enjoyed the delicious food items in dinner and the variety was immense.
