MMaya_liliWe liked the laundry self-service so much after traveling through different areas in LA for around 10 days. The food for breakfast and daily tea time (happy hours at around 5-7pm) were so tasty. We have to say it is deeply appreciated with a microwave and the whole set of tableware in the room.
MMo-BettyThe self check-in is convenient and easy and the location of the hotel is convenient to all the restaurants and major landmarks in Long Beach.
The hotel is a contactless hotel which means we did not have a quick way to have someone available for information or requests.
I received an email 3 hours from check-in that I need to find parking reservation if I’m using a vehicle as the hotel has no parking lot. This would have been helpful communication way in advance so I can make the necessary arrangements
ผผู้เข้าพักThis was our 2nd year of attending Dark Harbor. We had a larger room this year with a harbor view. The negative things were the amenities. Last year there were no amenities whatsoever and bed bugs. I contacted the management team and let them know what had happened. I was assured that we would be compensated for the problem. Not only were we not compensated but we actually paid more for our room.
We are not new to the Halloween 🎃 event. We attended the Shipwreck events the first 10 years it was open with our kids and friends.
I am very disappointed that you misrepresented your care of returning passengers.
Other than that we are looking forward to next year.
DDavidGreat location (close to Vons supermarket and not too far from the Convention Centre). But rooms are pretty basic and housekeeping is virtually non-existent. In room air con is extremely noisy. Sheets, pillows and mattress were dirty. Guy at the front desk was very nice - but it is clear the place is run on a shoestring.
I haven't stayed around Long Beach but suspect there are better options for the money.
