ผผู้เข้าพักI lied up facing the left front desk to request roon-cleaning, because my room is till in a mess at 16:30 of 29th Sept when I returned the hotel. After people finished check-in in front of and I finished describing my request, the ridiculous lady asked me to keep waiting till she finish checking-in with people after me........who can explain this? I believe this is absolutely descrimination, my question is how come her arrogance?

The midnight check-in guy was friendly and helpful, and disclosed their $25 ”Service Fee” which states $20 on their sign pictured here and then itemized $22+tax on my receipt; the front desk manager was arrogantly defensive and unhelpful telling me to call Expedia when questioned upon check-out and failed to find their fine print on my Trip.com receipts that clearly state all taxes and fees are included in the stated total, bad business practices.
DDavidGreat location (close to Vons supermarket and not too far from the Convention Centre). But rooms are pretty basic and housekeeping is virtually non-existent. In room air con is extremely noisy. Sheets, pillows and mattress were dirty. Guy at the front desk was very nice - but it is clear the place is run on a shoestring.
I haven't stayed around Long Beach but suspect there are better options for the money.
