เป็นโรงแรมรีสอร์ทชั้นนําของโลกอย่างแน่นอน! ที่ยกย่องที่สุดคือทีมบริการ คนเยอะ วิ่งเร็ว สุภาพ พนักงานทุกคนรวมทั้งวิศวกร สวน ทักทายแขกอย่างสุภาพ พนักงานเสิร์ฟในร้านอาหารมีคุณภาพสูงซึ่งอาจเป็นลักษณะของชาวเม็กซิกัน การออกแบบสิ่งแวดล้อมสอดคล้องกับคําโบราณของจีนว่า ”ภูเขาและน้ําหนักไม่มีทาง หลิวอันหม่านและดอกไม้เป็นหมู่บ้านอีกแห่งหนึ่ง” เราพักอยู่ 5 วันและมีการค้นพบใหม่ทุกวัน ไม่เพียงแต่สระว่ายน้ําเท่านั้น แต่ยังมีสระน้ําอุ่นและสระล่องแก่งอีกด้วย กลางคืนโรแมนติกเป็นพิเศษ นอกจากสไตล์ที่เป็นเอกลักษณ์ของร้านอาหารแล้ว แขกยังสามารถจองกับทางโรงแรมได้ด้วยตัวเอง เช่น กองไฟริมชายหาด ริมสระว่ายน้ํา ฯลฯ น้อยกว่าสิบฉาก และแน่นอนว่าฉากแต่งงานด้วย ร้านอาหารมีทั้งอาหารอิตาเลียน อาหารทะเล อาหารไทยสร้างสรรค์ อาหารญี่ปุ่น รวยมาก. ที่นอนในห้องสูงเกินไปที่จะปีนขึ้นไป ฉันไม่รู้ว่าทําไม ทําความสะอาดห้องสองครั้งในตอนเช้าและตอนเย็น หลังจากสามวัน เราไปที่ชายหาดเพื่อชมพระอาทิตย์ขึ้น ถ่ายภาพ และผ่อนคลายจิตใจ มีความแปลกใหม่ที่แข็งแกร่ง!

The service was excellent. The views were great. The rooftop pool and beach club were great. The room was clean and basic. We found the bed extremely hard even with the feather topper. Unfortunately there was construction at the hotel which we were told would not impact our stay but definitely caused a lot of noise in the mornings...banging and constant sanding began quite early in the morning causing us to be up much earlier than we had hoped.

Location is great for downtown Los Cabos, everything in walking distance. Nice quiet spot, easy access and there is on site secure parking if you decide to rent or bring a vehicle. Rooms are nice and cozy with different levels of space and beds, we were in 108, it had 2 twin beds, right next to the pool. I would recommend that they spend a few dollars to improve some things, longer shower curtain in room 108 would keep the water out of the toilet area, a fly screen in the shower window would help keep the mosquitoes out. Housekeeping was excellent, ladies were very attentive and rooms were spotless. They have fresh water to refill water bottles and fresh coffee every morning, no restaurant on site, but as mentioned you are right downtown, 5-10 minutes walk to everything.

Just remember, on top of what we are paying for the stay with trip.com, we still have to pay for more charges during check out at the resort. Well it is a vacation club anyway so extra charges on daily basis would be $40USD resort fee, $8USD service fee and $38 USD Cabo Environment fee. Parking is valet system and the resort is gated.  I think it was worth it for a couple of days for us. There are several pools, fire pit and access to a private beach. On some days, beaches along Cabo especially with open sea are not swim-able due to strong waves. We were able to swim in the ocean here due to its location, a mini bay that kind of protected by cliffs.  A beautiful property indeed with the arch view from a corner of the property near the ocean.

If you want to feel like you are an American in Las Vegas, this is the place for you. Spent 5 nights here only to be close to my favourite fishing beach. This place has loud music playing everywhere constantly, in rooms, lifts, pools, gardens, it’s just too much. Even in their zen zone music is pumping. Every restaurant (if they are actually open) for every meal has lines of 1 hr or more as no reservations can be made. We were assigned a ‘personal butler’ but saw him once at check in and never again. The place was full of Americans being typically loud Americans and the food was very average with almost no authentic Mexican food. It was all to cater to Americans tastes. The staff didn’t seem to care about anything and obviously sick of dealing with obnoxious Americans. It’s way overpriced and I’d never return.

Amazing location in Cabo! Right on the marina and close to all amenities and bar & restaurants. We didn’t go all inclusive as there is so much choice around, and did have our own kitchen area and bar which was amazing. Would stay here again!

Our stay at Kristal Grand was truly unforgettable! Special thanks to Chief Concierge Mario Cortes — he assisted us with every request, helped us upgrade to a stunning ocean-view room, and arranged a late check-out so we could enjoy the resort even longer before our flight. The hotel itself is outstanding: delicious food, more restaurants than we could try in one stay, daily changing entertainment for both kids and adults, warm and chlorine-free pools, spotless grounds, and incredibly kind and friendly staff. Our young son quickly made friends, and the water playground became his favorite spot. We also booked a pirate show tour through the hotel — it was an amazing experience! There’s honestly not a single downside we can think of. We had a wonderful time and would love to come back again! Ivan , Irina and Daniel, USA.🇺🇸
