Instalaciones un poco viejas, pero bien por el precio, el concierge de la categoria altitude, pésimo, no vale la pena pagar mas, por recibir nada extra.
Cualquiera puede subir. Ala torre altitude nunca te piden pulseras, salvo para “bebidas premium” que son pocas ademas…
Muchos meseros, pero poca atencion casi nula, cero actividades, bar cierran muy temprano, mucho ruido en ciertos niveles por las ventilaciones, el elevador de l torre altitude no funciono 1 dia. Son 8 pisos.
Buffete siempre lo mismo todos los dias, las cenas en los restaurantes es lo mismo que en el buffete solo que a la carta y tardas hasta 30-1hr en espera aun cuando no este lleno el lugar, hay que traslad**** hasta abajo del lobby a hacer reservas para restaurantes, con el cocierge en caso de altitude, pero nunca se siente ese “plus” de pago extra, habitaciones pequeñas mas que en ll que de ve en fotos, pero cumplen su cometido.
Para temporada alta y lo que se paga, no vale taaanto la pena, para temporada baja y el costo es algo justo.

酒店位置很好，海景房的位置離海很近。但酒店缺乏維護，設施很舊，陽台椅子臟且銹。本來對全包是有點期待，但除了自助餐還有選擇外，晚餐真的太爛了！意大利餐廳做的pizza簡直還不如去超市買冷凍的。

Personalmente, creo que el precio de este hotel y su servicio, configuración, calidad no coinciden!
Algunos miembros del personal de servicio tratan a las personas de diferentes países de manera diferente, saludan a los estadounidenses con una sonrisa y toman la iniciativa de saludarlos por los demás, y el personal de servicio es reacio a cuidarlo, ¡especialmente la cafetería en el vestíbulo y algunos restaurantes de jabones! Se me olvidó su nombre !

Una opción increíble para quienes buscan tranquilidad alejados de la vida nocturna.
Si el servicio fuera más rápido sería increíble ya que si es un poco tardado en tema de restaurantes a la carta ademas que las porciones son un poco reducidas en algunos de ellos y tienes que esperar bastante en lo que sale el platillo.
El personal muy amable y atento en todo momento

Honestly, the property looks like it has been neglected for YEARS. It's a one-star at best - really. Unfortunately, the all-inclusive model forces them to put most of the money towards average food and drink. The staff tried hard and were nice, but the facility is falling apart. My balcony door literally would not shut without a one-inch gap. Try another place.

The food was average in quality and there was some variety daily. The buffet service was poor. The setting and pools were very nice. But we thought two pools were supposed to be heated and they were not. There was plenty of space and chairs around the pools. The front desk staff were not at all helpful when our flight got cancelled. The worst part was the traffic noise 24 hours a day but especially at night as the hallways are open to a main road. Simply fixed by adding weather *****ping to the door and partially enclosing the hallway but obviously this resort does not care about guests sleeping at night. The best part was how beautiful it was and the wonderful and friendly guests we met. We would not book this resort again.

I was worried after reading the reviews, but our experience was great. If you can, book in the ocean front rooms which gets you VIP - Altitude Club. You get a concierge that can make all of your dinner or in-town dinner reservations. Esmerelda was fabulous! Also, Josef and Manuel on the beach were great. The sky lounge is fabulous and our room was clean and had an amazing view -- whales every morning right off the beach. The only downside was the food. Breakfast is your basic food. The fish tacos and fries at pool bar are great!!! The dinner food is mediocre. Overall, great time and would stay there again. Check in went smooth - room was ready.

This Property was amazing! The first day the airport LOST our ONLY luggage’s. As you can imagine, we were so uncomfortable and angry. The staff is AMAZING ! Alex (Alejandro) point of contact/helped us for everything, Alex, Diego (sales) and Mario (concierge) helped us get through everything. Told us where to get clothes and made appointments for us to eat.
