EElena PecchiSana and his family offer a wonderful warm family stay in the middle of Sigiriya jungle. It is a unique accommodation surrounded by incredible nature, cuddled by the kindness and the balsamic feeling of all the elements around. Truly an unforgettable experience that I will hold in my heart for the years to come.
You can count on Sana for help in your trips arrangements, a lovely breakfast and whatever need you might have during your stay. I recommend at least 2/3 nights, a minimum MUST to explore the area and enjoy the Sri Lanka pace.

NNhanWe got very nice experience when staying here 1 night. The room was perfect for our family of 3. We just had to pay for the 3rd person's breakfast.
The Logde located nearby the Lion rock and village, easy to find and go to the rock or the Gambulla city within 10min.
The host Isuru was very welcoming from the start and made sure that we had all that we needed. ( hot water, drinking water, towels, AC, fan). We also really appreciated Mr Alain, a french gentleman resident in the sameplace! The room also had all the necessary for us to not be bitten by insects (scents and more). There was also a room for the driver at a very resonnable price. However we found the wifi a little weak, but else everything was good.
In the surroundings it is peaceful, and we woke up to nice little sound of the nature and a well prepared typical srilankan breakfast and fruits! Delicious!

GGuillaumeSpent one night with spouse and kids, a simple place we found convenient and relaxing. Breakfast and dinner (included in the already modest price) were both a positive surprise (quantity and quality) especially when compared to the neighbouring restaurants (disappointing and expensive).
The hotel is owned by nice and kind folks.

MMtngSeerock The King’s Domain offers an impressive stay with super spacious rooms, a beautiful outdoor environment, and excellent service. The only downside—though not the hotel’s fault—is the occasional wild peacock screaming at night, which might disrupt light sleepers. Otherwise, a fantastic getaway for nature lovers.

SShioriAs the name suggests, it is a retreat in the jungle. There are no windows, and the trees are the natural windows. You can meet squirrels and monkeys, and you are surrounded by the sounds of many birds and insects in the morning and at night. The hotel offers a variety of activities, which can be booked.
The beginning of April, when we stayed, was firefly season, and when it rained in the evening, more than a dozen fireflies surrounded our mosquito net.

ผผู้เข้าพักGreat place to stay if you want to explore the lions rock and the area around. Pidurangala rock is only 15min away by tuk tuk, the lions rock can be done by walk (~20min walk to entrance). But the best experience was the kindness of the hosts. The helped us in every way (explaining routes, advices on activities, organizing tuk tuk, etc.). The food was amazing and we had a lot of interesting conversations with the friendly stuff. Special thanks to Daushna, Larush & Nimal for making our stay remarkable.

MMARTINEl hotel cuenta con una recepción muy agradable y un personal de servicio excepcional, lo que crea una primera impresión muy positiva. La zona de la piscina es encantadora, rodeada de exuberante vegetación y equipada con hamacas perfectas para relajarte bajo el sol.
El camino hacia los bungalows y los pequeños apartamentos está adornado con jardines bien cuidados, llenos de vida, donde puedes observar ardillas y pájaros. Esta conexión con la naturaleza hace que la estancia sea realmente especial y agradable.
El interior de la habitación es increíblemente amplio, con dos camas enormes y muy bonitas. Apreciamos el detalle de las flores que nos dejaron; realmente añade un toque especial y agradable a la estancia. Cuenta con una pequeña terraza, que es perfecta para relajarte después de un día explorando los alrededores. Pasar tiempo allí fue estupendo. El cuarto de baño es también muy espacioso.
En cuanto al desayuno, creo que deberían mejorar un poco las opciones occidentales para estar a la altura de la categoría de sus instalaciones. Es un pequeño sacrificio que podrían mejorar fácilmente. El único detalle negativo fue la conexión de internet, que nos falló en varias ocasiones. Tuvimos que llamar a recepción en dos ocasiones para que comprobaran la conexión, lo cual fue un poco molesto.
Sin embargo, hay que tener en cuenta que el hotel está un poco apartado de la vida nocturna; se necesita caminar unos 15 minutos por la carretera para llegar a los restaurantes donde se puede cenar. A pesar de esto, la tranquilidad del lugar compensa el pequeño inconveniente.
En resumen, el ambiente del hotel, junto con su atención al detalle y la belleza natural que lo rodea, contribuyen a una experiencia memorable.
