IIvan Ethan LohStaying at Katamaran Hotel & Resort Komodo was an absolute delight. Despite being a relatively new property, having opened about a year and a half ago, it runs with the precision and grace of a seasoned resort.
The warmth and hospitality of the staff were unmatched from the moment I arrived, and I must give a special compliment to the efficient and helpful luggage service. The security team, the front desk personnel, and the F&B team were all incredibly proactive and obliging, making sure I felt completely safe, comfortable, and well looked after throughout my stay. Special mention to the front desk staff who were very helpful with our queries, reservations and check-out: Denal and Amelia 😊👋
I also want to highly compliment the day tour I took, which covered six different destinations. It was a perfect crash course of the entire national park and was well worth the money. I highly recommend anyone staying here to take up that one-day tour for an unforgettable experience seeing the dragons up close, frolicking on pink sands, snorkeling with turtles and manta rays and basking on a Bank crescent sandbank surrounded by crystal blue waters.
While the breakfast variety was impressive and the chefs did a fantastic job keeping dishes stocked, the coffee/tea service was prompt...there is a small room for improvement in plate clearance. Being a bit more attentive to clearing used plates would certainly elevate the dining experience even further.
Adding to that, we noticed that salt and pepper cruets weren't always consistently placed on every table, so ensuring those are readily available would be a great way to enhance convenience for guests.
Additionally, Katamaran could significantly boost its appeal by offering complimentary access to its aquatic sports amenities, such as paddle boats, water bikes, and kayaking. We realized the free activities were not as popular though.
Overall, with stunning views, excellent warm personalized service, I would highly recommend this hotel and will not hesitate to stay here again.

FFadilah KasmaniOur stay at Crowne Plaza Labuan Bajo exceeded my expectations and I'm so pleased with the overall experience! The hospitality and service by all hotel staff we've met was consistent and a delight throughout our 5 nights stay. From in-room dining to the dinners at the restaurant, our orders were prepared carefully and presented well, and all tasted delicious. The hotel also offered us wake-up calls and breakfast-to-go for our island day trip, which we booked directly through the hotel. As we stayed with young children, they were also accommodating and even entertained the kids interaction. On the last day after checking out and upon arrival at the airport, I had realised I left a milk bottle. When I called the hotel to request to send it to me at the airport, they had immediately acted on it and were already on their way. Thank you so much to the wonderful team especially Ms Claudia for making our holiday stay a memorable and exceptional one.

AAndreaSem76Amazing resort, placed in a peaceful place without any noise, only the sound of birds and the monkeys that play and eat in the fruits tree. The staffs is very kind and friendly, ready to satisfy every your needs. Beautiful the restaurant that cook yummy dishes every day for lunch and dinner. Various and generous the breakfast. The room, I took Mountain View with private pool is simply amazing. All forniture are new and the room is wide and in a great position.

Service was okay, the staff is very kind, but their amenities don't feel connected to the experience of the hotel. The spa has a very limited working time, the spa staff isn't helpful to find solutions, and the restaurant/bar is overpriced and has limited offer.
The views from the highest rooms nust be nice though.

Iian_smashThe location is fantastic. Walking distance to shops, cafes and harbour. The owner, Guissepe or Pepe, is very friendly and welcoming. His restaurant Baccala Bajo is busy with tasty Italian cuisine fron Sicily. The rooms are very clean, spacious and bed was comfortable. There is a fridge and a frypan to prep brekky if need be. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

ผผู้เข้าพักОтель находится далеко от города и моря на вершине холма откуда открывается отличный вид на горы, рисовые поля и местную деревню. Есть 2 бассейна. Не большая территория с 6 бунгало в стиле Бали. Дома новые и качественные, очень красивые. На территории отеля очень чисто и красиво. Ресторан при гостинице готовит вкусную еду. 3 вида разнообразных завтраков как в европейской так и индонезийской кухни на выбор. Все время пребывания 4 дня мы были единственные постояльцы этой виллы. Интернет отличный, быстрый, всегда работает.
За пределами виллы нет ничего кроме местной не туристической деревни. Магазин в 15 минутах ходьбы. Так же рядом центральная больница острова. В соседнем лесу бегают обезьяны.
2 мечети не далеко, слышны молитвы в 4 утра. Так же ночью слышны лай собак и утром петухов, пение птиц. Если у вас чуткий сон, будет сложно. В остальном все отлично! Нам очень понравился подобный опыт проживания в этой новой вилле.
