The rooms are spacious, modern, and well maintained,
Service throughout the resort was excellent — warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming.
Facilities such as the pool, and easy access to their private island make this resort perfect both for relaxation and adventure.
We would absolutely love to return again.

- Hotel is quite new and spotless, everything looks great and modern
- The breakfast was very diverse and of good quality, served on expanded hours 6:00-10:30
- The personnel is extremely kind and friendly
- We liked the breathtaking views and the two pools
- The day tour with the hotel boat was amazing, well worth
Areas for improvement
- WiFi is extremely slow and unreliable, connecting dropping constantly and making it impossible to stream content or do a work call
- There is also poor cellular connection hence my 4G card was of no help to solve this issue
- The two restaurants felt a bit “basic” and after a few days were a bit tired. An expanded and more refined cuisine would be welcome
- Despite hotel being quite new and everything looking great, the building itself seems of poor build quality as we could hear the people next door speaking, steps and noises from upper and lower floors, and even road noise from across the stress from the main door corridor

FFadilah KasmaniOur stay at Crowne Plaza Labuan Bajo exceeded my expectations and I'm so pleased with the overall experience! The hospitality and service by all hotel staff we've met was consistent and a delight throughout our 5 nights stay. From in-room dining to the dinners at the restaurant, our orders were prepared carefully and presented well, and all tasted delicious. The hotel also offered us wake-up calls and breakfast-to-go for our island day trip, which we booked directly through the hotel. As we stayed with young children, they were also accommodating and even entertained the kids interaction. On the last day after checking out and upon arrival at the airport, I had realised I left a milk bottle. When I called the hotel to request to send it to me at the airport, they had immediately acted on it and were already on their way. Thank you so much to the wonderful team especially Ms Claudia for making our holiday stay a memorable and exceptional one.

ผผู้เข้าพักWhat a fabulous resort ! The management is amazing, and so is the staff. Everyone is so kind and has a the best service attitude. Our service was personalised, e.g. the resort went out of their way to look for migraine medicine for my husband from the mainland when he.run out of it. We had to stay 3 extra days as we were unwell, despite a super busy season the resort found a way to accommodate us. The snorkeling off the pier is better than you could ever expect. Totally clear water, actually, you can watch sharks, sting rays and multi coloured fish pass by even without getting into the water ! The breakfast included is yummy, and there are plenty of dinner options. I would highly recommend this resort for relaxation - to anyone considering to travel to Flores/Komodo - a few nights here is a must ! Very good for families too. Thank you for the team of taking such good care of us.

Service was okay, the staff is very kind, but their amenities don't feel connected to the experience of the hotel. The spa has a very limited working time, the spa staff isn't helpful to find solutions, and the restaurant/bar is overpriced and has limited offer.
The views from the highest rooms nust be nice though.

DDmitriiOAn excellent hotel where everything is thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable stay. The rooms and the entire property were very clean and well-maintained — everything looked neat and pleasant. The water in the shower was always running well, and there was consistently hot water, which is especially appreciated after a long day.
A special thanks to the staff: kind, smiling, and always ready to help — you can really feel that they care. We were especially impressed that they prepared breakfast earlier than usual for us because of our early tours — a small gesture, but it says a lot about their attention to guests.
At night, it was quiet and peaceful, nothing disturbed our sleep, and the room had a cozy atmosphere. The grounds are beautiful and green, clearly well looked after. We were very satisfied with our stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to our friends. Truly well done!
