"Lovely pool bar and very close to the beach front though it’s a public shared space. Rooms were clean but a little old as still using manual key that needs to be used to lock inside too. Overall a very pleasant stay"

"Staying at Katamaran Hotel & Resort Komodo was an absolute delight. Despite being a relatively new property, having opened about a year and a half ago, it runs with the precision and grace of a seasoned resort. The warmth and hospitality of the staff were unmatched from the moment I arrived, and I must give a special compliment to the efficient and helpful luggage service. The security team, the front desk personnel, and the F&B team were all incredibly proactive and obliging, making sure I felt completely safe, comfortable, and well looked after throughout my stay. Special mention to the front desk staff who were very helpful with our queries, reservations and check-out: Denal and Amelia 😊👋 I also want to highly compliment the day tour I took, which covered six different destinations. It was a perfect crash course of the entire national park and was well worth the money. I highly recommend anyone staying here to take up that one-day tour for an unforgettable experience seeing the dragons up close, frolicking on pink sands, snorkeling with turtles and manta rays and basking on a Bank crescent sandbank surrounded by crystal blue waters. While the breakfast variety was impressive and the chefs did a fantastic job keeping dishes stocked, the coffee/tea service was prompt...there is a small room for improvement in plate clearance. Being a bit more attentive to clearing used plates would certainly elevate the dining experience even further. Adding to that, we noticed that salt and pepper cruets weren't always consistently placed on every table, so ensuring those are readily available would be a great way to enhance convenience for guests. Additionally, Katamaran could significantly boost its appeal by offering complimentary access to its aquatic sports amenities, such as paddle boats, water bikes, and kayaking. We realized the free activities were not as popular though. Overall, with stunning views, excellent warm personalized service, I would highly recommend this hotel and will not hesitate to stay here again."

"This was my first time staying at Ayana Komodo Waecicu Beach, and it was truly memorable. The hotel is located in a perfect spot with breathtaking views. The room is beautifully designed, timeless, and very comfortable. The staff are exceptionally attentive, making the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I look forward to returning again."

"Our stay at Crowne Plaza Labuan Bajo exceeded my expectations and I'm so pleased with the overall experience! The hospitality and service by all hotel staff we've met was consistent and a delight throughout our 5 nights stay. From in-room dining to the dinners at the restaurant, our orders were prepared carefully and presented well, and all tasted delicious. The hotel also offered us wake-up calls and breakfast-to-go for our island day trip, which we booked directly through the hotel. As we stayed with young children, they were also accommodating and even entertained the kids interaction. On the last day after checking out and upon arrival at the airport, I had realised I left a milk bottle. When I called the hotel to request to send it to me at the airport, they had immediately acted on it and were already on their way. Thank you so much to the wonderful team especially Ms Claudia for making our holiday stay a memorable and exceptional one."

"ดี - ชายหาดที่สวยงามพร้อมแนวปะการังบ้านที่ดีและสิ่งมีชีวิตทางทะเลที่น่าสนใจ - อุปกรณ์ฟรีสําหรับดําน้ําตื้นและกีฬาทางน้ํา เช่น พายเรือคายัค, SUP - ยิมมีขนาดเล็ก แต่มีอุปกรณ์เทคนิคยิมทั้งการฝึกการเต้นของคาร์โบรนและต้านทาน เช่น ม้านั่งพร้อมน้ําหนักฟรี เครื่องออกกําลังกายแบบบ้านๆ - ฉันพักในบังกะโลริมชายหาดระดับพรีเมียม กว้างขวาง สะอาด และสะดวกสบาย พร้อมสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกครบครัน อยู่หน้าหาด แต่มีความเป็นส่วนตัวดีมากเนื่องจากมีการยกระดับและมีวิวพระอาทิตย์ขึ้นที่ดี - แม้ในตอนกลางคืน คุณก็สามารถทําสิ่งต่างๆ เช่น ค้นหาสัตว์ป่าทะเลตามท่าเรือ มองดาวเพราะทําเลที่เงียบสงบ - บริการดี แย่ - อาหารเช้าดี แต่ตัวเลือกอาหารกลางวันและอาหารเย็นต้องปรับปรุง - อาหารมีแนวโน้มที่จะมีรสชาติและคาร์โบไฮเดรตหนัก ดูเหมือนว่าจะตอบสนองรสนิยมท้องถิ่นมากขึ้น ทุกอย่างสมบูรณ์แบบยกเว้นอาหาร - คุณต้องติดอยู่บนเกาะตลอดการเข้าพักของคุณเนื่องจากการนั่งเรือไม่บ่อยครั้ง รถรับส่งฟรี 2 ครั้งต่อวัน และสภาพน้ําขึ้นน้ําลง ไม่มีการนั่งเรือในเวลากลางคืนเนื่องจากน้ําลง ดังนั้นควรนําอาหารหรือปรับความคาดหวังของคุณก่อนถึงรีสอร์ท"

"強烈建議大家來入住 ， 我想應該是科莫多島上最好的酒店了 ， 免費接送機 ， 入住當天小朋友可能是喝了一杯不太乾淨的橙汁 ， 晚上上吐下瀉 ， 吐到沙發上都是 ， 一大早酒店接送到醫院 ， 回來的時候過了早餐時間 ， 和服務人員説了一下 ，他們把早餐直接送到了房間 ， 所有的這些 ， 酒店沒有額外收過費用 ，連清潔費都沒有收取， 我衹能説 ， 這兩千多的房費享受到了五千多的酒店服務 ，服務真的比峇裏島的麗思卡爾頓隱世還要好， 大家可以閉眼沖 。  另外 ， 那個餐廳的出品也還不錯 ， 雖然有的人吐槽貴， 説真的 ， 五星級酒店的餐飲我就沒見過有便宜的 ， 不就是圖個方便 ， 圖個舒坦嗎 ， 我點了個羊排 ， 點了個魚肉 ， 味道都不錯 ， 尤其是羊排， 很棒 ， 適合國人的口味 ！ 買單差不多500多塊rmb ， 還行吧 ， 我覺得。   另外 ， 奉勸大家一定要購買瓶裝水喝 ， 有的酒店配的是瓶裝水， 有的是玻璃瓶 ， 玻璃瓶的儘量少喝 ， 帶冰塊的一定別喝 ，天知道那個冰塊是用什麼水做的 。   附兩張海島美圖大家看看吧  哈哈"

"This is quiet resort situates half an the rock half on the beach with a pier extending into the sea. When you are shown into the resort, you feel you are entering a well designed tropical garden. Our room is facing the beach and the swimming pool. The room is very big and clean with a living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. The resorts provides butler service and takes good care of all your needs. It also gives two room cleaning and tyding up service every day，one in a daytime one before sleeping. The breakfast and afternoon tea are also Impressive. The fish and lobster are also very fresh and tasty. It is a great experience to stay here."
