ผผู้เข้าพักThe room was very spacious for 2 people. Great selection for the ala carte buffet breakfast, with great popcorn latte. Then the pool has a great view of the city with full length pool and jacuzzi. It was very near to the Gelora stadium, where we attended the Blackpink concert. The reception and all personel were friendly and accommodating. Would like to come back if I stay again in Jakarta.

I requested for a birthday celebration for us and it showed “request rejected” on the app. I didn’t think much about it until we checked in to see the birthday surprise - our names on the mirror and complimentary birthday cake! It just made our stay even more memorable and we appreciate it! Thank you so much Ascott Jakarta!

$$un$hineWyndham Casablanca Jakarta is in a great location whereby the Kota Casablanca Mall is just about 3 minutes walk.
Hotel deco and layout were impressive. Room was spacious and very clean. The staff were courteous and friendly. It made us feel very welcomed.
Breakfast spread was huge and the food was delicious.
The room I stayed in had AC issues and the technicians were not able to resolve this. I was offered to be shifted to another room on the same floor-this was a fair offer.
Should I return to Jakarta, I would look forward to stay here again!

ผผู้เข้าพักLocated somewhere in central jakarta so it’s easy enough to travel around. The room is large which is great and the staffs are also really nice and helpful. Unfortunately, there was a mosquito on my first night there and the water filter did not have water on our last day. Overall, really nice place to stay.

SSook Wan LeeI stayed for two nights. Unfortunately, the room was extremely dim and smell of smoke, even though I had specifically requested a non-smoking room. It seemed like they tried to mask the smoke with air freshener, but the combination made it worse. Although it was supposed to be a non-smoking floor, there were ashtrays provided in the room and near the lift, which directly contradicts the no-smoking policy. To add to the discomfort, I found two baby cockroaches in my room — surprising and unpleasant, especially considering the room was on the 18th floor. The only redeeming part of my stay was the excellent customer service — the staff were friendly and helpful throughout.

FFancyTravelDespite its cleanliness, location and amenities, this hotel is well located in central Jakarta opposite Thamrin bus station but not near metro station. As it’s situated by the main road, the traffic noises are very loud throughout the day and night. Apparently the sound proofing of the hotel is inefficient and the walls are thin as well so can hear neighbouring rooms guests noises especially banging doors when going in and out ! Worst WiFi connection for hotel of this grade, it’s extremely unstable! Also the lighting in the bathroom is poor for women doing make up but its shower is very strong, hot and powerful. My friend tried its in-house massage and was totally disappointed since the massage therapist is unprofessional and knows nothing about massage!
The only positive thing is that all their staff are very friendly, warm and helpful and they will try to help as much as possible.
