We had the most wonderful 4 night stay. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Hotel was excellent, great location. Superb breakfast. Spent a couple of days just chilling by the pool - fabulous lounge area. Thank you for recommendations of beaches to visit and making our stay so enjoyable. Hope to return and certainly will be recommending the hotel to friends.

Service impeccable. Tout le personnel était très sympathique et aux petits soins. Le petit-dejeuner salé est fait maison selon un choix et il a été exceptionnel. Il y a du sucrée qui reste convenable. La chambre était très propre. Un peu trop sombre les couleurs choisies. Je recommande vraiment pour son emplacement, le personnel et son confort.

Really well located hotel, lovely views from the bars the pools and from our room. Just a few minutes walk and you can be on the Sandy Beach. Nearby supermarkets and a selection of restaurants. The area itself is very quiet but lovely. There wasn’t much storage space in the rooms with regards to drawers et cetera however everything was very clean and worked well. The daily cleaning service was great. Breakfast in this hotel was also included for our booking. There was a lovely selection of food including fresh omelettes which are my favourite. There was a wide selection of bread pastry cereals, hot food juices teas, coffees. The drinks in the hotel also very nice. The poor area is very serene and has great views overlooking the beach area below. overall I would recommend this hotel however if you are looking for something lively this may not be right for you. We found it to be very relaxing which was just what we were looking for.

Hotel estilo mediterráneo, sencillo y discreto pero con mucho gusto. Desayuno variado y puntual. Habitación limpia y con todo lo necesario, amenities de Rituals y botellas de agua de cortesía, además de té y café. Ubicación ideal en el centro de Mahón y con aparcamiento de pago y gratuito cercano. El personal muy amable. Acceso sencillo incluso fuera del horario de recepción.

There was no duvet and no radiator in the apartment, when the outside temperature was 8 degrees C, and the windows cannot be closed properly, the windows have a 7 mm gap. There was only a thin sheet and a blanket. We were cold. I could hardly sleep. I demand a partial refund.

Such a nice and beautiful apartment, friendly people at the reception, really helpful and polite. I’ve stayed with my mom, she loves everything so much. The location is perfect as well 🤍🤍🤍 thanks for the warm welcome 🙏

I love the place. Great location, right next to the beach, and walking distance from Cala en Bosc district with bars and restaurants. Staff was helpful and the sunbathing area was huge. Love the breakfast buffet too!

Generally I liked the hotel. The food was tasty and the facilities were nice. Even though the room was not very clean. I even found a pack of someone’s pack of cigs there. Also the system with the irons and fees for the towel are not comfortable at all. Let’s keep in mind that they position them as a 4 star hotel….

el Personal y el Servicio muy amable, las instalaciones las veo bien cuidadas, la habitación estuvimos muy a gusto cama grandísima y cómoda, sitio silencioso para poder descansar en la parte trasera del hotel. El desayuno bien, la cena es para gustos y/o a lo que estés acostumbrado en tu vida normal, los fiambres que se ponen en el desayuno, yo los pondría en la cena también, los huevos cocidos pelados mejor, no tienen dentro del precio Cerveza 0.0 sin alcohol, el resto dentro de lo que cabe está bien, 20 euros por la cena creo que es un poco caro.

Merci à Trip de m'avoir aidé avec ma réservation et d'avoir réglé un petit souci rapidement. Concernant l'hôtel, le rapport qualité-prix est excellent. Honnêtement, le petit-déjeuner et le dîner sous forme de buffet étaient parfaits : il y avait beaucoup de choix et tout était très bon. La piscine est superbe et la vue sur la mer est magnifique. Le seul point négatif concerne le service client de l'hôtel avant notre arrivée. Heureusement, Trip a été présent pour nous accompagner et résoudre le problème rapidement. Merci encore !
