Very good location and safe, next to M Vaneau. The front desk personnel, the lady at the breakfast bar and the tech were all very polite and courteous, they were even friendly and kind. This makes me want to return to this hotel, only because they made me feel taken care of. The only thing I would recommend is changing the old carpet in the bedrooms or exposing the natural wood that might be hiding underneath. Otherwise, everything was excellent. Not an elegant hotel, but the nicest people taking care of their guests.

Alors déjà, le positif : - Le personnel ! Les trois réceptionnistes que j'ai croisé ont été très sympathiques. Je retiens surtout la première que j'ai croisé en arrivant, qui a été efficace et très gentille ! - La vue sur les toits de Paris est ce que je recherchais, donc un autre bon point. - L'hôtel n'est pas très loin de la gare, sans être trop éloigné du métro. Pour la chambre par contre, j'ai vite déchanté : - le montant du lit était déboité (je l'ai fait remonté à la réception). - La moquette est...multicolore, bien qu'elle fut certainement monocolore à une époque. - La télécommande de la télévision (qui était assez bruyante pendant la nuit d'ailleurs) a connu pas mal de mains et mériterait un peu d'attention, niveau hygiène. Concernant la salle de bain - Le lavabo était fissuré et a du vécu. - Le bois est fatigué par l'humidité et racorni. - Un élément d'applique manque sur la douche. - Le radiateur est jauni par le temps. Pas d'affichage ”ne pas déranger” à ma disposition (ça c'est une première) Le matin, j'ai été réveillé par des femmes de ménage peu discrètes, passant leur appels téléphoniques dans le couloir sur haut-parleur... Bref, je ne peux pas conseiller cet hôtel.

Останавливались на одну ночь с подругой. Заселение длилось около 15 минут, бронировали номер на двоих, но нас заселили в разные комнаты — видимо, была какая-то путаница с бронированием. Мне повезло меньше, чем подруге. Меня заселили в номер на первом этаже. Было очень темно, и даже жутко. Окна выходили на окна заброшенного здания и спать было некомфортно. При этом администратор May была очень приятной и дружелюбной. Видно , что она старалась сделать все возможное.

AAvelineI thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Artus Hotel and I was lucky to chance upon this hotel during my search. There are so many options and recommendations out there. I'm glad I chose this hotel for my maiden trip to Paris.
First, the location. I can walk to the major landmarks like River Seine, Louvre, 'Dorsay museum, Notre Dame, etc. It is located close to St Germaine, so there are many charming streets to roam about and many options for food and supplies. I feel safe wandering around on my own as a solo female traveller.
Second, the place is tastefully decorated. I like my room which has windows that overlook the streets as well as the decor. The bed is so comfortable that I slept very well during the three nights I was there. The housekeeping staff also kept the room clean and I like that the hotel embraces environmental practices. The only thing is that the yellow lights in the room can be a bit dim, but the white light used in the bathroom is bright.
Third, the staff. I was greeted by a lady when I checked in and she is so understanding, patient and nice with me. I would like to commend her for her great personality and attitude, but I missed getting her name. The other staff I met are equally friendly and nice (two young ladies, one named Li/Yang; and another gentleman). Even if they don't know something, they will look up the information for me. They will also provide me with recommendations. I also must compliment the driver who picked me up from the airport and drove me to the airport (hotel transfers). He is very polite and considerate and he makes me feel at ease when i was travelling in his car. Even the gentleman who helped me with my luggage wore a big smile on his face. Thank you to everyone I've met during my stay and which made my experience a pleasant one.
I learned only on my last day that they have another sister hotel a few steps away. One of the staff recognized me and invited me to take a look inside. Again, the place is tastefully done. If I have a chance to be back in Paris, I will check out both Artus Hotel as well as this hotel. I would also like to take this opportunity to make a request to the guests who are going to stay in the hotel - let's make an effort to treat the room as if it is our own. That way, the hotel will stay in a good condition for a longer time and future guests will get to enjoy the stay as much as I did. Thank you :)

The interior design of the hotel was a masterpiece in itself, with Raphel Navot's talent evident in every detail. The ambiance exuded elegance and sophistication, creating an atmosphere that truly enhanced the overall guest experience. Additionally, the rooftop bar provided breathtaking views of Paris, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and enjoyment.
Regrettably, the overall experience was overshadowed by a combination of disappointments, notably the service at the ground floor cafe. The male employee with a beard exhibited a dismissive and inattentive demeanor during my interactions with him. His lack of attentiveness made me feel overlooked, leaving me hesitant to further explore the cafe's offerings. While I typically do not demand exceptional service, this level of inattentiveness fell short even of my usual expectations.
This attitude displayed by this specific employee overshadowed the positive hospitality offered by all other employees at the hotel, leaving a bittersweet impression of the overall service.
Furthermore, my stay was marred by a billing issue, resulting in double charging for my fully prepaid reservation. Such an oversight was embarrassing.
On a positive note, I must commend the other hotel staff, particularly those at the reception and rooftop bar areas, for their accommodating nature, contributing to a more pleasant overall experience.

However, the combination of one inattentive employee and the billing concerns left me with a mixed impression.
