ครั้งนี้เราจองโรงแรมสี่ดาวไปมากกว่า 4 แห่งแล้ว นี่เป็นโรงแรมที่แย่ที่สุดที่เราเสียใจ! เหมือนบ้านไร่ในประเทศ! โรงแรมเล็กมาก ชื่อร้านเขียนไว้ที่กันสาดหน้าประตู แบบอักษรมีขนาดเล็กและสีดำ พอแท็กซี่มาถึงโรงแรมก็เจอชื่อที่หน้าประตูนานมาก ประตูยังเล็กมากเหมือนประตูทางเข้าบ้าน! แต่ละชั้นมีห้องประมาณห้าห้อง สี่หรือห้าชั้น ห้องมีขนาดเล็กและร่างกายไม่สามารถหมุนได้ แต่การออกแบบที่ใช้งานได้จริงนั้นสมบูรณ์มาก! มีบางขวดน้ำร้อนในประเทศ! ลิฟต์นั่งได้เพียง 2-3 คน แต่ไม่อ้วนจนเกินไป! ห้องรับประทานอาหารเช้าเป็นห้องใต้ดินขนาดเล็กที่มีที่นั่งแน่น อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกน้อยมาก โดยทั่วไปคนจีนไม่คุ้นเคย ควรส่งไข่และนมร้อนไปให้บริกร ที่ทนไม่ได้คือห้องเสียงดังมาก รถบนถนนข้างนอกก็ดัง และถ้าเปิดหน้าต่างก็รู้สึกเหมือนนอนอยู่ข้างถนน! เมื่อเราออกจากร้านแล้ว ให้พนักงานต้อนรับส่วนหน้าติดต่อแท็กซี่ เราสี่คนบอกว่าเราต้องการแท็กซี่คันใหญ่ บริกรบอกว่าเราต้องมีรถสองคัน เราบอกว่าเรามากันเป็นรถแล้วเราแยกทางกันไม่ง่ายเลย เป็นผลให้บริกรขอให้เราเรียกรถสองคัน รถคันแรกมีขนาดใหญ่ เราสามารถเดินกับคนสี่คนและคนขับตกลงกัน ส่งผลให้คนขับรถคันที่สองไม่ยอมหยิบกระเป๋าของเรา รถสองคันนั่งเถียงกันยาว! บริกรยังช่วยเราขึ้นรถสองคัน! เสิร์ฟจริงๆ!

โรงแรมอยู่ห่างจากสถานีรถไฟใต้ดิน Metro 12 National Convention Station และสาย 8 Boucicaut โดยใช้เวลาเดินเพียง 9 และ 6 นาที ตั้งอยู่ในเขต 15 75015 เงียบสงบ มีการรักษาความปลอดภัยที่ดีและให้ความรู้สึกปลอดภัย
อาหารเช้าในโรงแรมเรียบง่ายแต่อร่อย โรงแรมมีลิฟต์ ห้องพักสะอาด เป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อยและสะดวกสบาย ขอขอบคุณพนักงานบริการมืออาชีพและสุภาพ ฉันจะกลับมาพักอีกในครั้งต่อไป❗️👍🏻👍🏻 merci beaucoup❤️❤️

มีความสุขและสนุกสนานในวันเกิดของคู่รัก ใช้แฮมส่วนตัวมันน่ารักมาก ห้องพักมีขนาดเล็ก แต่น่ารัก ทําเลที่ตั้งค่อนข้างสะดวก แต่ที่จอดรถเป็นปัญหา มันจะดีกว่าถ้าคุณใช้ระบบขนส่งสาธารณะ

โรงแรมยอดเยี่ยมจริงๆ! ใหญ่มากและสะดวกมาก! แผนกต้อนรับก็ดีมาก เพียงบริเวณปากสถานีรถไฟใต้ดินหอไอเฟล เพียง 5 เมตร สะดวกสุดๆ โรงแรมนี้ได้สูญเสียปัญหามากมายสำหรับการเดินทางของเรา!

เข้ามาในโรงแรมนี้แล้วเดินผ่านประวัติศาตร์ มีห้องตกแต่งอย่างวิเศษอยู่ทางซ้ายมือเมื่อเดินเข้าไปแล้วผ่านแผนกต้อนรับ มีบาร์ที่อลังการไว้คอยดื่มเครื่องดื่ม ตรงโถงใหญ่ห้ามพลาดบันไดไปชั้นบนข้างๆ มากเกินไปที่จะเขียนเกี่ยวกับสิ่งที่คุณจะพบ มาค้นพบ

I just stayed at the Paris France Hotel on a 3 night stay in Paris. I was absolutely thrilled with it and would highly recommend. The hotel markets itself as a 3 star hotel, but it’s a boutique style 3 star hotel in my opinion. It’s a beautiful, typically French building with all the original features. I had room 40, a small single room but it was super comfortable and immaculately clean. Tea and coffee is provided in the room which was a nice touch. Great Wi-Fi m, which is free and a beautiful modern bathroom. The two ladies working on reception were so pleasant and smiley and everyone made me feel really welcome. It’s ideally located close to two Metro Stations (Tenple and Republique) and it took me just 15 mins to get there from Gar Du Lyon. It was very reasonably priced and I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Paris. I even got a peak of the Eiffel Tower from my room! The only thing that I would mention is that it’s quite noisy outside. The sirens are constant in Paris and so is the traffic. This is completely beyond the hotels control however and if you want to stay in central Paris, you need to expect it to be noisy. It’s a huge city!! It certainly didn’t affect my sleep. Absolutely excellent. Thank you for a lovely stay :)

A phenomenal location, but given the price and certain other things I think I am going to have to be more aggressive with exploring airbnb and vrbo in the future. The first room was not acceptable or what I requested (they switched me to a better room the next day) and the second room was fine, but doesn't justify the price. The breakfast was not serious and was totally lacking. We didn't recall seeing a single yogurt or piece of fruit or egg or meat. Perhaps we got there late, but that's not what I remember. The charge for it made it a very easy no. In general it was not too loud, but it could be occasionally. The beds were good. My wife liked it. I did not like the city tax. I was not aware of that till the last day. If you wish for your room to not have housekeeping service I suggest you really jam the card into the door, or it will probably fall off the door knob and they will come in. The safe is a pain and doesn't really work the way the instructions imply. But it does work. I didn't feel like I procrastinated planning my vacation, but apparently I did. The staff was reasonably nice most of the time, with the tall man in particular making a real effort and the maid, was also quite pleasant. Others were reasonably professional.

บริเวณนั้นมีร้านอาหารเยอะ เราไปร้านญี่ปุ่นและราเมงเดินจากโรงแรมประมาณ 5 นาที และอร่อยทั้งสองอย่าง!

AAvelineI thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Artus Hotel and I was lucky to chance upon this hotel during my search. There are so many options and recommendations out there. I'm glad I chose this hotel for my maiden trip to Paris.
First, the location. I can walk to the major landmarks like River Seine, Louvre, 'Dorsay museum, Notre Dame, etc. It is located close to St Germaine, so there are many charming streets to roam about and many options for food and supplies. I feel safe wandering around on my own as a solo female traveller.
Second, the place is tastefully decorated. I like my room which has windows that overlook the streets as well as the decor. The bed is so comfortable that I slept very well during the three nights I was there. The housekeeping staff also kept the room clean and I like that the hotel embraces environmental practices. The only thing is that the yellow lights in the room can be a bit dim, but the white light used in the bathroom is bright.
Third, the staff. I was greeted by a lady when I checked in and she is so understanding, patient and nice with me. I would like to commend her for her great personality and attitude, but I missed getting her name. The other staff I met are equally friendly and nice (two young ladies, one named Li/Yang; and another gentleman). Even if they don't know something, they will look up the information for me. They will also provide me with recommendations. I also must compliment the driver who picked me up from the airport and drove me to the airport (hotel transfers). He is very polite and considerate and he makes me feel at ease when i was travelling in his car. Even the gentleman who helped me with my luggage wore a big smile on his face. Thank you to everyone I've met during my stay and which made my experience a pleasant one.
I learned only on my last day that they have another sister hotel a few steps away. One of the staff recognized me and invited me to take a look inside. Again, the place is tastefully done. If I have a chance to be back in Paris, I will check out both Artus Hotel as well as this hotel. I would also like to take this opportunity to make a request to the guests who are going to stay in the hotel - let's make an effort to treat the room as if it is our own. That way, the hotel will stay in a good condition for a longer time and future guests will get to enjoy the stay as much as I did. Thank you :)

My recent stay at Hôtel Dame des Arts allowed me to immerse myself in the splendor of the awe-inspiring interior design crafted by Raphel Navot and indulge in the allure of the popular rooftop bar, which undoubtedly left a positive and lasting impression.
The interior design of the hotel was a masterpiece in itself, with Raphel Navot's talent evident in every detail. The ambiance exuded elegance and sophistication, creating an atmosphere that truly enhanced the overall guest experience. Additionally, the rooftop bar provided breathtaking views of Paris, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and enjoyment.
Regrettably, the overall experience was overshadowed by a combination of disappointments, notably the service at the ground floor cafe. The male employee with a beard exhibited a dismissive and inattentive demeanor during my interactions with him. His lack of attentiveness made me feel overlooked, leaving me hesitant to further explore the cafe's offerings. While I typically do not demand exceptional service, this level of inattentiveness fell short even of my usual expectations.
This attitude displayed by this specific employee overshadowed the positive hospitality offered by all other employees at the hotel, leaving a bittersweet impression of the overall service.
Furthermore, my stay was marred by a billing issue, resulting in double charging for my fully prepaid reservation. Such an oversight was embarrassing.
On a positive note, I must commend the other hotel staff, particularly those at the reception and rooftop bar areas, for their accommodating nature, contributing to a more pleasant overall experience.
In conclusion, Hôtel Dame des Arts undoubtedly showcased a dedication to exceptional design and ambiance. However, the combination of one inattentive employee and the billing concerns left me with a mixed impression. I firmly believe that fostering a culture of attentive and respectful service, along with diligent billing practices, is essential to delivering an exceptional guest experience.
