Liked · The inside Hot tub/Jucuzzi bath was wonderful at the end of the day. The Wi-Fi was strong and fast and we particularly like the fact you could control your room (lights, AirCon, Curtains and Hot Tub) from the provided iPad. Very futuristic. Disliked · The location seemed to cause the local “proper” taxi drivers to “inhale deeply” and that resulted in a higher price. One told us that it was “a bit of a long way out”. We resorted to Uber in the end (making 10+ journeys all over the place) and didn’t have any issues at all.

Nous venons tout juste de rentrer d'un séjour incroyable à l'hôtel Maison Albar Le Diamond et ne pouvons nous empêcher de partager notre expérience inoubliable. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueilli par un personnel souriant et attentionné, prêt à satisfaire tous nos besoins. Leur hospitalité a été remarquable tout au long de mon séjour. La décoration de l'hôtel était tout simplement magnifique. Chaque coin était pensé avec soin, créant une atmosphère élégante et apaisante. Les détails artistiques et le choix des couleurs ont ajouté une touche de raffinement à l'ensemble de l'établissement. Les chambres étaient d'une propreté impeccable et offraient un confort absolu. Le lit était douillet et les équipements modernes nous ont permis de nous détendre et de profiter de notre séjour au maximum. Nous avons également été impressionné par la propreté générale de l'hôtel, du lobby aux espaces communs, tout était impeccablement entretenu. Cependant, ce qui a vraiment fait la différence, c'est le personnel exceptionnel de l'hôtel. Le directeur, Jihad, était toujours présent en journée, veillant personnellement à ce que chaque détail soit pris en compte pour rendre notre séjour mémorable. Sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme sont à saluer. Je tiens également à remercier chaleureusement Doudou, un membre du personnel véritablement fabuleux. Son attitude prévenante et son dévouement lors d'un petit incident technique sont à souligner. Il nous a offert un service personnalisé qui a rendu notre séjour vraiment spécial. Egalement à mettre en avant, le remarquable petit-déjeuner qui était proposé. Un véritable banquet pour les papilles, il offrait un choix incroyable de mets salés et sucrés. Différentes céréales, des fruits frais, une variété de jus de fruits frais, ainsi que différents pains et baguettes qui étaient tout simplement très bon. De plus, le café servi était de bonne facture, provenant d'une marque bien connue (What Else?), ce qui a ajouté une touche supplémentaire à notre expérience culinaire matinale. Il reste à dire que l'hôtel est idéalement situés si l'on désire faire la visite des grands monuments et place de Paris...la place de la Concorde, Place Vendôme, et autres Faubourg St Honoré sont à 10-15 minutes à pieds et le chemin qui vous y mène vous permet de faire du shopping. En conclusion, l'hôtel Maison Albar Le Diamond mérite sans conteste tous les éloges. Avec un service chaleureux et souriant, une décoration magnifique, des chambres confortables et d'une propreté impeccable, cet établissement a su surpasser toutes mes attentes. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à tous ceux qui recherchent une expérience inoubliable. Merci encore à Jihad, Doudou et à toute l'équipe pour leur hospitalité exceptionnelle.

This is my go-to hotel in Paris and it has been for many many years. It is a small boutique hotel. It is very quiet, but very centrally located. The staff are always generally great and really accommodating. As a topi tier member in Hyatt loyalty program, I expect a lot from a hotel in terms of excellent service. This hotel - generally- never disappoints. I will say, it new management team, including the Front Office team lead by David B is outstanding. They strive to have the room ready for my early (very early check-ins) and also (more times than not) provide me with a mutliple category room upgrade or do not require me to change rooms or downgrade if I book a room using cash and point combinations. This last stay I booked a premium king room for cash for two nights and a regular queen using points for the 3rd night, The hotel upgraded all three nights to a junior suite without any issue. And while they were not able to extend an late check-out, they even offered to give me some extra loyalty points for the inconvenience. I declined as I think the earlier upgrade was great service. If I had any complaint at all, I would say, the hotel is due for a refresh in the near future, and that the bathrooms are a bit tight with the toilet area a bit cramped. I also do not understand the trend in hotels to remove the work desk in favor of the table, but that is becoming universal. I look forward to my next stay at this hotel in December!

EXTREMELY POOR ADMINISTRATION WITH ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY 2000$ were taken from within the locked room from their location at 5 rue Lécluse. Le Nest by SweetInn. My family and I stayed from December 27th to 31st. During the day of December 28th between 10 am - 8:30 pm only one person entered our room which was confirmed by the reception desk worker through the security cameras and electronic key access. We communicated with Despegar.com who was a mediator and we got email confirmation that the hotel had agreed to assist us with this incident and that they would send us an offer. This offer just said they would communicate with us to solve the issue. We have made a police report. We sent the police report to those in charge. Out of those people, we received a response from the Communication Center Team leader who said that they were going to « rectify the situation in a satisfactory manner » as their « clients satisfaction is their priority and they would take all measures needed to reestablish our confidence in them » That was on December 31st. Then radio silence for 11 days. We reached out several times and got no response. The only person who was responsive was the kind lady from the front desk who is the only person in this whole incident who has shown by sort of empathy and decency. What a surprise that on January 11th we received a very generic communication (I hope this email finds you well kind of email) from someone from their « Communication Center Team » saying that unfortunately we will not be compensated in any way for this incident. Not only is this an extremely unprofessional and disrespectful response after everything we went through but it makes you wonder about what kind of company this really is. This is supposed to be a 4 star hotel. No one has taken any sort of responsibility for the missing money after the only person who entered our room with a key was one of their staff. The police is still investigating this incident and they are in contact with us. We truly hope that you don’t make the same mistake as we did and take your business elsewhere since you will be faced with an administration that does not care AT ALL about their customer’s safety and experience.

3/29/23 - 4/6/23; We stayed there 8 days and liked the convivence to the Metro, the grocery store/s were across the street as the bakery was on the corner. The restaurants were abundant. The three or four desk clerks were friendly and spoke good English. Housekeeping did a great job. Our room looked into the courtyard so the view was not great. We could open the window for fresh air and the windows had outside shades that close/opened at the push of a remote. More on the Metro, that is my first choice in a hotel along with ratings, then price. The Metro was a 5 to 8 minute walk and we traversed all over Paris but got the 5 day passes for 30 euros each (Sunday to Sunday). We got there on a Wednesday morning and purchased that pass, then another one on Sunday. You must have photos ( go to the photo booth 8 euros each person) and get the photos so the attendant can apply them to your pass. That total with out the photos came to about 75 euros for the initial setup, then 30 euros each after that. No more tickets to fumble with!!!

EXTREMELY POOR ADMINISTRATION WITH ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY 2000$ were taken from within the locked room from their location at 5 rue Lécluse. Le Nest by SweetInn. My family and I stayed from December 27th to 31st. During the day of December 28th between 10 am - 8:30 pm only one person entered our room which was confirmed by the reception desk worker through the security cameras and electronic key access. We communicated with Despegar.com who was a mediator and we got email confirmation that the hotel had agreed to assist us with this incident and that they would send us an offer. This offer just said they would communicate with us to solve the issue. We have made a police report. We sent the police report to those in charge. Out of those people, we received a response from the Communication Center Team leader who said that they were going to « rectify the situation in a satisfactory manner » as their « clients satisfaction is their priority and they would take all measures needed to reestablish our confidence in them » That was on December 31st. Then radio silence for 11 days. We reached out several times and got no response. The only person who was responsive was the kind lady from the front desk who is the only person in this whole incident who has shown by sort of empathy and decency. What a surprise that on January 11th we received a very generic communication (I hope this email finds you well kind of email) from someone from their « Communication Center Team » saying that unfortunately we will not be compensated in any way for this incident. Not only is this an extremely unprofessional and disrespectful response after everything we went through but it makes you wonder about what kind of company this really is. This is supposed to be a 4 star hotel. No one has taken any sort of responsibility for the missing money after the only person who entered our room with a key was one of their staff. The police is still investigating this incident and they are in contact with us. We truly hope that you don’t make the same mistake as we did and take your business elsewhere since you will be faced with an administration that does not care AT ALL about their customer’s safety and experience.
