Die Mitarbeiter waren hilfsbereit und für Anregungen offen. Am Abreisetag kam der Reinigungsservice leider schon gegen 8:30 Uhr, weit vor dem Auschecken.

Lovely apartment near some lovely restaurants and cafes. Would absolutely use again.

The location is great. The property itself is ok. The spaciousness of the property is undermined by bulky and somewhat superfluous furniture. Instead of being a small apartment, the room is an oversized hotel room. The finishes are cool and business like and not very cozy. There is no dining table.

The whole flat is only a one room. It does not a seperate bedroom and living area. All kitchen, living room and bedroom is in one place. Two big balconies available which I find a bit meaningless because the inside is almost the same size with the outside (balcony area) The water at the bathroom does not have enough preassure and the hot water is not consistent. Sometimes you can not have hot water at all.Some of the the kitchen hardware was not clean and the refrigerator is very small (like a minibar). The bad was smelly I doubt that the sheets has been changed at all. Because, I found some hair inside my bed. The room is not comfortable in general, the bathroom is smelly adn the shower was not functioning properly. Finally, they refused to prepare an invoice for my stay, I had to insist for days and file a complaint until I finally receive an invoce. They are just a bunch of amateurs. I will not be staying here again. Definitely a terrible experience.

The garage is too small, you need to be careful all the time. The apartment is spacious but my apartment do not had seperate rooms. the kitchen, living area and the bedroom are all at the same room. It has two big balconies (which I find a bit useless) The general condition of the aparrtment is OK and I can say that iit is well equipped.

Second time here. Amazing location and great property. Has truly helpful functional items, kitchenette and clothes washing machine that make extended stays very possible. I will stay again!

Love this place. Staff speak English and so friendly and helpful. Room very spacious. Very very clean. Cooking facilities and dish washer. Will stay again

Wir waren nur eine Nacht hier im Hotel, aber sollten wir noch einmal nach Osnabrück kommen, wäre das hier wieder unsere erste Wahl. Hotel liegt direkt in der Fußgängerzone, Personal ist supernett, Zimmer mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Das Bett ist allerdings nur Queensize, was mir etwas zu schmal ist für 2 Personen. Alles war sauber, Tiefgarage unter dem Haus ist auch bezahlbar, allerdings sind die Plätze sehr eng, zumal wenn manche Leute auf der Linie parken anstatt zwischen den Linien. Alles in allem eine Top Location zum fairen Preis.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm, das Zimmer war super, sauber, es gibt nichts was bemängelt werden könnte.
